I loved the hospitality they offered. Also they have a great diverse restaurant. Every dish is so well presented. The owner Mr. Sai, persoanlly comes and checks on his guests just showing how one on one a Goan experience could be. Very impressed.

beautiful property which has been built in the trees, they had only been open a week but the attention to detail was wonderful. We were welcomed like family and anything we wanted or needed was catered for. The restaurant wasn't opened yet but we were sent a tray of lunch when arrived with fresh juice and in the morning were sent a breakfast tray which was substantial. A table was booked for our evening meal at a local restaurant, taxis booked for the airport , nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent location and spacious rooms with decent break fast. Ms. Connie provided excellent guidance and arranged a Car for us for the city trip. It was a seamless and smooth experience interacting with her.

Food: The dining experience was another highlight of the stay. The hotel’s restaurant offered a good variety of dishes, focusing on fresh, local ingredients and authentic Goan flavors. I particularly enjoyed their seafood preparations—fresh, well-seasoned, and delicious. The menu also included options for vegetarians and those looking for lighter fare. The presentation was appealing, and the portion sizes were generous. Breakfast was a pleasant affair with a nice selection of continental and Indian dishes.

Property was very aesthetically designed and furnished! Beds were super comfy, the coffee was perfect and the staff were extremely polite and professional! They also have a pet doggo - that’s in forever siesta mood!

The atmosphere, the impeccable clean and cosy room, the little garden at the back. Very quiet. The staff is super efficient and the manager is very warm hearted and kind.

The property is located in a very quiet and beautiful part of the village, close to a church as well as a 5 min walk from a very poplar bar :) The food cooked up and served by the in-house chef Bijoy there was absolutely fantastic and an absolute surprise , from a European, to local Goan , to local any part of Indian...all was top notch. The staff there with Kimi and her assistant was absolutely fantastic? very caring and hospitable The property manager Kishan was absolutely fantastic, very attentive, caring and hospitable. Its like staying in your private villa! The property is better looking than the pictures on the site, it is very well maintained and the staff training is amazing. We had an absolutely fantastic stay and will definitely be back for a longer stay next time.
