Our recent stay at kalimpong Bungalow was memorable. Everything was so beautiful and well maintained. Food was excellent and the staffs were very helpful and friendly. This hotel is not just a place to stay but a truly beautiful experience that we won't soon forget.

Our four-day stay was exceptional, thanks to the personal attention and warmth extended by the owner and staff. From the moment we landed at Bagdogra, the owner, Mr Swaroop Chakraborty, kept in touch to check on our journey. He sent an Innova for the six of us, and the driver was an expert at mountain driving, making our transfers and sightseeing comfortable and worry-free. Manager: Kushal Thapa and his team of six looked after us like family. Their care and attention here went far beyond what even higher-graded hotels offer. Kushal and his team anticipated our needs, particularly for our 3 senior companions, always with a smile, and stayed one step ahead of their needs. Birthday celebs: A highlight of our stay was my father’s birthday. Upon learning this, Mr Chakraborty and Kushal arranged a wonderful surprise on the terrace—with a bonfire, music, and a celebration involving all the staff. Kushal sang beautifully, and everyone else participated. My father was overjoyed, and it felt entirely genuine, not staged for formality. Food: Consistently impressive. Since mobility was a concern for the senior set, most meals were enjoyed at the hotel. Every dish was delicious and beautifully presented, except for one or two minor misses which were likely my own ordering error. Housekeeping: Rooms were spotless, and the hotel itself is spacious and clean. It’s remarkable how smoothly Kushal manages operations with a small team. Service, mainly handled by two young staff under his guidance, was attentive, resilient, and 24X7. Any minor slips were easily overshadowed by their dedication and quiet efficiency. Internet connection was strong throughout Location The view of Kanchenjunga from every room was breathtaking. Kushal even arranged lunch on the terrace—it was pure bliss to dine leisurely while gazing at the snowcapped peaks. In short, Deolo Mist Hotel offers far more than a stay—it’s a warm, personalised experience that blends comfort, care, and genuine hospitality.

I was able to find the perfect weekend long gateway at Kalimpong offbit. When I booked the property, It was so undersold, the view from the property, Rooftop sitting & cafe, top notch amenities provided in the room, the delicious local and Bengali preparations, and even the welcoming amazing host Debasish Da. I was surprised to find the pleasant weather amid dense forest on top of the mountain. The Property is made of concrete and that's instead of the chilling air at night, we stayed warm and comfortable. The toilet has geiser so bathing daily was not a problem. Their wifi connection is so good that I downloaded two full movies and watched them. From cleanliness to good behaviour, the whole thing just won my heart. The location of the homestay makes it easy to plan trips via car. You can easily reach the property without spending a fortune. We hopped on a bus to kalimpong from Siliguri Tenging Norgey Bus Stand and then rented a Share Cab to Pedong at only 80/- per person to reach there. It's location just few steps far from the Ramadhura View Point. You can plan trips to Delo Park (must visit) and then Lava Monestry, Eco Tourist Park, Rishap etc. I am definitely going to visit again. Absolutely in owe with the stay.

The location of the property is little uphill and very beautiful and specially the host of the property are very cordial during our stay. Rooms are well maintained and spic and span. Room service is also very prompt. Food quality is also up to the mark ❣️. Especially incharge Anita didi 's behaviour and overall management was exemplary. Absolutely everything. The staff were brilliant, especially Bhushan the manager. They took care of us, even the smallest things they didn't leave any stones unturned - from helping us getting to the location after getting lost to arranging our sightseeing, we were so fortunate to get drivers who were brilliant as well.
