I had booked this property for my sister and she really enjoyed her stay, the staff was always cordial and helpful even arranging transport to and from the railway station and her workplace, food was tasty, the rooms were spacious and clean , all in all a very safe and secure property especially for solo female travellers

The Farm House is an amazing place, clean, comfortable and very traditional which I much appreciated coming from Europe. Staff were very friendly, helped me move around the area and prepared traditional food to my taste. I loved the facilities, the farm, the pool and detail oriented service from everyone involved. "Overall, we had a comfortable stay, but the high online rating set our expectations a bit too high. In reality, it is a moderately good property. The rooms and bedsheets had a musty smell, as if the place hadn't been occupied in a while. On the positive side, the caretaker was very helpful—he arranged reliable transportation and delicious food at reasonable prices. While the rent is fair, the inflated rating misleads guest expectations."

Loved the stay, the rooms are big enough, clean and tidy, enough space, bathrooms are clean, all the rooms are air-conditioned, location is fabulous and is on the banks of barathapuzha... The owner Joseph is very helpful, always available over the telephone and he was there in and around during our stay, everything was tailored to our needs, refurbishing is still going on in the building.. I would recommend the place for small families and also for larger groups up to 16 people.. The care taker is a nice fellow, Breakfast provided to us at our preference and time.. Overall great experience 😀😀
