The location of the property was fantastic. Slightly away from the centre of town making it extremely calm and peaceful. The staff and even the owner were the epitome of hospitality and I cannot stop singing their praises. The entire hotel was very well maintained and clean. The food provided at the hotel was fantastic and gives a taste of the actual cultural food rather than touristy dishes. The staff very graciously assisted us by helping to arrange cars for any short trip to another part of the state, even providing helpful suggestions on where to go and what to experience. If you are planning a trip to Sikkim I highly suggest this place, trust me when I say you will not be left wanting.

We spent two and half days here. It was a heart warming experience being a part of the family. Our host sonam bhaiya is a wonderful person and his family was also very warm. The house has a beautiful lawn and terrace overlooking the mountains. The house in its entirety, was no less than a dream come true for us. The whole family with their friendly behaviour made our stay memorable.The rooms were well maintained and spacious.It was an amazing stay with delicious and organic homemade food. I would highly recommend this place to the visitors.

Our stay at Di Lac Retreat was truly a memorable and relaxing experience. The homestay itself is beautifully maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at home. Every detail reflects care and comfort, which added greatly to the overall charm of the retreat. What made our experience exceptional, however, was the outstanding service from Alisha and Akash. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. From ensuring our comfort to promptly assisting with any requests, their hospitality went above and beyond expectations. They made us feel valued and well taken care of throughout our stay.
