Value for money and clean and perfect calm location at leh

Hospitality and food were great. The staff took good care of us and were humble, and not imposing. The owner was very welcoming and gave great recommendations of restaurants and helpful advice for our motorbike trip. The hotel was perfectly clean. There was a parking spot for the rented bike.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Gyalpo Residency in Leh and I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. From the very first moment, we felt genuinely cared for and welcomed. Anthony, the manager, together with the entire team, made sure every detail of our stay was perfectly arranged. Every day they checked on us with kindness and attention, always making sure that we were comfortable, safe and had everything we needed. The hotel took exceptional care of our wellbeing, especially considering the altitude in Leh. They supported us with healthy food, recommendations for acclimatization, transport arrangements and thoughtful suggestions for sightseeing and local experiences. We always felt guided and looked after. As two blonde women travelling together in India, feeling safe was very important to us — and at Hotel Gyalpo Residency we felt absolutely safe, relaxed and respected throughout the entire stay. The atmosphere of the hotel is calm, warm and peaceful, with beautiful mountain views and genuine hospitality that comes from the heart. Thank you to Anthony and the whole team for making our stay in Leh so special and unforgettable. We returned home with beautiful memories and deep gratitude. Highly recommended.

Staff was helpful And the property is very clean and beautiful

Comfortable rooms, beautiful garden, friendly people. Due to circumstances beyond our control we were stuck in Delhi for a few days, and they were communicative and flexible and let us reschedule our stay. Everything was there, and if not they arranged for them.

Nice room. Make sure you get the room you booked! I booked a balcony and had I didn’t get what I booked at first. Excellent staff and breakfast

Neat and clean with great location and staff is very helpful

The beautiful, spacious and clean rooms. The hotel is only a couple of years old. The WiFi was fast and reliable. Fantastic helpful staff especially Naman on the front desk and the Chef. The owner kindly arranged a taxi to pick us from the airport and was available throughout our stay if we needed any help. Great location with the main market a short 10 minute walk. Delicious breakfast and room service provided by the talented Chef and his team. Really going to miss the masala omelettes for breakfast.
