Beautiful place in amazing location. Room was spacious, had nice design features, and amazing views of the river. Very quiet and a nice escape from the beach, but still close to Talpona and Patnem for restaurants. Breakfast was good too - you basically say what you want and they make it fresh for you. Avi, Gil and the rest of the staff really looked after us and made us feel at home

Its location fronting Talpona beach is amazing and the sunsets were an added bonus 💕 It is a truly hidden gem and many enquiries were made whilst we were there regarding from whom the property could be rented. At least five restaurants and shacks (all quite different but all good food, drink and hospitality) within walking distance The host and his representative were easily contactable and we also had a lovely local lady who cleaned and helped to replenish toilet paper etc. The house is spacious and cool with a rustic feel to it but has great WiFi, air con in both bedrooms, ceiling fans in each room, electric lighting and plenty of electric sockets. Secure parking within the properties entrance. If you are looking for modern luxury this property isn’t for you, but if you want to experience an Indian holiday home it’s perfect.

I have stayed 14 days and really enjoyed. The owner and his wife and Family are Beautiful people. They care and fulfill your wishes or Special requests. I needed to eat Not spicy and they did that for me 🙏.The Cooking (3 times a day) is delicious. And there is also a Kitchen that can be Used, with fridge and oven!The Room is New and well done. There is a lovely view over the sea. The area is quiet. A fishermen Village. No Shops or Restaurants around. Still a nearly Virgin Place. Good for living the real India. A local bus to the near City Karwar stops in Front of the House many times a day. I can really recommand with my Heart.

It was amazing stay in paradise. We, had some troubles with noise, but the stuff was kind abd changed our room to more quiet,everything os for our pleasant staying. Breakfast is wonderful , the best fruit salads in the world! I highly recommend this Palm Trees Ayurvedic Heritage Resort to anyone who is looking for calm, romantic and pleasant vacation in magic atmosphere of love and hospitality
