El personal era molt amable i eficient, molt professionals. Els nois que ho portaven van ser molt atents i ens van donar bons consells per a la nostra estada, un 10 per tots ells. Vam estar molt còmodes a l'habitació, era molt espaiosa i tenia un balcó gran. El lavabo era gran i era còmode per dutxar-se. L' esmorzar era abundant i vam poder demanar-lo estil continental. Estava ben situat i podies arribar fàcilment caminant als llocs. Ens va agradar molt Pelling i vam estar molt bé a l'hotel i molt tranquils. Si tornés alguna vegada repetiria segur.
