Its a nice place away from the city if u dont have anything to do and just want to relax and have bfast in ur room! I initially got a room with no view. And i was disappointed BUT the awesome manager managed to fix it by getting me a room with view! Loved the breakfast! Good spread! Friendly ppl but more amenities like spa gym swimming pool all can be added. You only can travel by car. VERY DANGEROUS RIDE IN IF AT NIGHT.

Vagabond is a place that very few know about because Munnar, which is not too far from Vagamon, is more famous. The hills here are picturesque and the off-road trips by Jeep are quite amazing. Very good destination for an overnight trip.

Good place to travel from kochi. Only 120 km from kochi. Easy to reach with in 4hrs from kochi. Roads are very bad from erattupettta town to vagamon. It will take 2 hour to reach for 30 km. No good restaurants in town. Hotel resturants s too expensive.

I would recommend the visitors of Vagamon to opt for the off-road jeep ride. This was the most enjoyable thing that my family and I did in Vagamon apart from all other sightseeing. feels like home which was what i was looking for , to my surprise not only it did feel like one but made a family during the stay .. the food was too good with real authentic kerala style .. not served just for the sake .. but with love .. the location is lovely cant express more you have to experience it.. happy with the decision definitely going back for all the reasons…. good work Mathews n wife awesome warm people .. cheers till next time overwhelmed… :)
