Exceptional service and truly memorable stay My stay at Elements by Rosetta was genuinely excellent from day one until check-out. From the moment I arrived, I felt extremely well welcomed and looked after. The entire team deserves great praise. Every staff member was professional, attentive, kind, and always doing their best to make guests feel comfortable. What really impressed me was the personal touch — the team even knew me by my name, which says a lot about their level of care and hospitality. The breakfast was outstanding: very rich, high quality, and offering a great variety. It was clearly prepared with attention and care, and it was a great start to each day. I would like to give a very special thanks and big applause to the General Manager, Mr. Abhishek Dhar. He went above and beyond to turn a small inconvenience into a positive experience. On New Year’s Eve, during the gala dinner, food was served later than agreed. Although it was an unfortunate mistake , the General Manager personally came to apologize, which was very much appreciated. This shows true leadership, strong management values, and respect for guests. During the remaining days of my stay, he made sure that I was exceptionally well taken care of. Overall, Elements by Rosetta is a genuinely great place with excellent service, strong management, and a team that truly cares about its guests. I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily return.

Peaceful location with nice, clean pool and space to relax. Good size room with balcony. Restaurant with well prepared menu and reasonable pricing. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. 10 min walk to beach with a couple of bars and shops en route but overall a quiet area, perfect for relaxation.

Location. Swimming pool. Restaurant by pool. Set away from road. Staff fantastically friendly and helpfull. Value for money. Ladies doing room clean and all that lovely. Quiet room. Aircon very good.
