Amazing location. The hotel room was very spacious and we had plenty of room to spread out. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone swinging by here on the South Coast

6 star kitchen with four (4!) sinks and a full size and mini fridge. Huge open common area with plenty of room to eat at tables or hang out on the different coach areas. Beautiful location in a beautiful town. Well worth the stop on the ring road!

Hotel Stadarborg is in Breiddalur Valley, next to Road 1 and less than a 1-hour drive from Egilsstadir.

Very cozy, comfortable, clean. Nice personnel and you have access to tea/coffee area. Also, sauna and hot tube available, unfortunately we didn’t have to use it, but it looked nice. Breakfast was tasty too.
