The rooms (including the shower space) are spacious as advertised, offering a cozy atmosphere. There is a welcome tea and coffee right in the room which is already included into the room price. The heating warms up the room just in a few minutes. There are several TV channels in English (even for the kids). The shuttle bus to Keflavik Airport comes as a complementary service, so we just had to book the place in the bus ahead.

Everything was very clean and the place was well heated. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I asked a member of staff to call a taxi to take me to the airport and they accompanied me there, refusing even a tip. What can I say?! Everything exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be back!!

The owners were very friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Their English was excellent. We felt that we had experienced some of Iceland's culture that we would not have if we stayed in a chain hotel. And it was very close to the airport.
