The property is in a great location between several waterfalls. We used it as a base area to explore Vik and all the surrounding sights. We had 4 adults in our group. While the apartment is somewhat small, it was big enough for a few days. It was well supplied with everything we needed.

Checking in was easy, the accommodations were comfy and roomier than expected. It was foggy while we were there but it looked like it would be a beautiful location on a clearer day.

We travelled around Iceland for two weeks and these were the best accommodations of all. Exceptionally clean, new construction, modern design, boutique quality linens and towels, very comfortable beds, super nice owners. Our family had a wonderful time despite the gloomy weather. Apartment was very clean and comfortable, very roomy for two single people. It might have been cramped for 4 adults: there is one double bed, one single bed, and a pullout couch, all in the same room with the kitchen, etc. Nice to have kitchen facilities, and there was coffee available for the morning. The two dogs were very friendly - so nice for this traveler who was missing her dog at home! Location is beautiful, in a lovely, quiet, peaceful rural setting.
