We needed a stop-over on the way north. Easy reach from the motorway. Good room with AC, comfortable beds. Good personnel who arrange dinner for us as we arrived late and made arrangements for an extra bed. free parking. But it’s away from the city so if you want to explore arrezzo, you’ll need to drive

I will go back because the personnel was really nice. We could not find a spot in nearby restaurants (it was a Saturday night) so we were quite desperate. Even if they still don't have a restaurant, the lady at the reception managed to put together a light dinner for us. Very much appreciated. Hopefully they will open the restaurant soon.

The host was amazing and helped us with a late arrival. Sent a person to open the gate and check us in to the property. The location was amazing - a slice of heaven in Tuscany. The breakfast was great with a full set of choices with breads, meats and juices and coffees. The lady was very accommodating with refills. It was served in an open area. We met an elderly couple who were travelling from Germany as well and we spent a good 2 hours chatting. This is a must visit location.

Le camere molto accoglienti, stile moderno e ben pulite
There is an antiques fair in the city the first weekend of each month -- best to avoid Arezzo during those weekends as it's very crowded. Also best to drive there because trains go there but taxis can be hard to come by. It's a beautiful small city and if you stay in the old part of town you can walk to anyplace you want to see. The highlight is unquestionably the Piero della Francesca frescoes in the San Francesco church (reservation needed). At night many of the side streets seem deserted but I never actually felt unsafe. On the other hand you can get into any restaurant you want and the major piazzas have a festive feel in the evening. I was there for 1 1/2 days, including a side trip to San Sepolchro, and I was satisfied with my stay.
Hey Siri, where is the is perfectly straight it was easy access to many other locales, and I would self has great infrastructure for shopping, amazing choice of restaurants and many many other conveniences and amenities.
We thoroughly enjoyed walking around such a historic city that was also so peaceful. If you are interested in art and history, then it is a fabulous destination. We had a great meal at L'Aganaia, a very relaxed restaurant with delicious cooking, obviously a favourite with locals
Best place to eat: Borgo S Piero, homemade food, very friendly staff. Great to visit: Roman amfitheatre and arheological museum, Casa Vasari, Duomo, Medici Fortress, Piazza Grande, Basilica de San Francesco
February 2023: Built on a small hill, two hours from Pisa by train and just an hour from Firenze, Arezzo is a very pleasant mediaeval city in south Tuscany and a place to spend a little time in. The city is lively but not crowded and walking around the old buildings and the city walls is easy. Although cars and vans go everywhere traffic is not a problem for visitors on foot. Good food is easy to find and especially at the Piazza Grande where Logge Vascari looked after us on several occasions.
Arezzo is highly under-rated. They have a city wide antique market and many antique shops that I highly recommend. Arezzo is a fantastic base to go to Cortona, Siena, Perugia, and many other Hill towns. It's Ideal to spend 4 or 5 days in Arezzo and do day trips to the other Hill towns, because Arezzo is less expensive and you don't lose half the day checking into a bunch of different hotels. I've learned in my many trips to Italy that it's less exhausting to pick a region or two, and then pick a base city within each region, and do day trips to the places you want to visit instead trying to travel each day and stay overnight. You tire yourself out and lose too much time. It's also more expensive. Remember, most of the Hill towns can be completely walked to where you can see everything in 2 1/2 to 5 hrs each -- so Arezzo is great for south east Tuscany and the northern part of Umbria. Arezzo is also very compact, and if you are staying in the city center, the walk to the bus and train stations are usually no more than 5 minutes away. Arezzo is great.
Arezzo
An amazing place and a lovely home, carefully preserved by family members. The owner is always ready to help and we had a wonderful Italian weekend enjoying real home Italy. We had local products at breakfast, personally prepared and grown by the owner and learned a lot of interesting things about the history of this villa. Modernized rooms with air conditioning and all bathroom amenities. There is also a jacuzzi with stunning views of Tuscany. Close location to Arezzo city center. Nice place to relax.
This was an amazing place. Quiet and tranquil after a month long adventure in Italy. Hospitality was wonderful right from the beginning. Cold beer offered on a very hot day to start our stay off. A magical dinner with a sunset we had not seen in all our time all over Italy. The food was outstanding, the staff was very attentive and the atmosphere was perfect. A shout out to Maximo, Guillermo, Burnello, and Fabrizio. You all made our visit wonderful.
Arezzo
The best accommodation we had in Italy. The house was perfectly equipped and newly renovated. There were a lot of options for breakfast, such as jam, sweet breads, toasted, biscuits, nutella, coffee maker with several coffee capsules. I stayed with a child and there was a tv with Disney+ children's drawings that made the difference. Air conditioning, washing machine. We felt at home in the accommodation. Would go back again!
Arezzo
This is a great country manor house and the host, Fabio, was awesome. Very friendly and willing to help- he made dinner reservations for us while we were there. The location is great if you have a car so you can drive to Arezzo. The house is beautiful and quiet. I would highly recommend this place when you're in the area. Great value and the room and bathroom were very clean. We would stay there again when in Arezzo.
The hotel is close to Arezzo - 14 minutes' drive - which was our first requirement. The pool was lovely: even when there were lots of people around the pool, it didn't feel crowded. The staff, especially Cristina, was very friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the hotel one night: really delicious. The hotel was very clean, and the three resident cats were friendly towards the guests if not towards each other!
It’s hard to say I think, but I will try by saying that the location is ok for visiting for a night and exploring Arezzo. Otherwise the hotel is old and the facilities reflect that. What we liked was the breakfast, it was fresh both sweet and savory. The staff was nice and especially Ilaria, who checked us in and also wrote down dinner recommendations. Free parking is available and we could see our car from the room.
A beautiful property in an incredible setting. The staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. The property has recently been lovingly restored into a perfect small bed and breakfast hotel. We also enjoyed an excellent lunch on their terrace. There is a great choice of restaurants in nearby Arezzo but a car is needed.
The hotel is ideally situated for exploring the old town of Arezzo. The property is a beautifully decorated old aristocratic residence on the last floor of an charming building in central Arezzo. Rossella and Jessica are lovely hostesses who genuinely care for quality of service they offer. We would stay there again next time we visit Arezzo.
A nice quiet, conveniently located hotel. The location was ideal - a very short walk (5-7 minutes!) to the train station! There is also a bus stop right outside the hotel. Lots of restaurant options nearby too. Beautiful rooftop terrace. Spacious room. The staff was friendly, especially the bellhops. On point!
Arezzo
Appartments located in the city center in the old autentit building, but with all the necessary facilities for comfort living. The area is very quite despite the closeness to the tourist attractions. The best choice for staying we ever have in Italy. Welcome to happy stay there.
we travelled from England to Arezzo and this is by far the best hotel we stayed in! amazing! it felt very high end. it had air-conditioning and the staff were exceptional! i would 100% recommend to any one who wants to stay in Arezzo.
Beautiful and charming hotel in Arezzo!! Every detail was taken care of with the best of Italian hospitality. Highly recommend! Don’t miss the rooftop garden for a glass of wine watching the sunset.
Arezzo
Perfect location for visiting Arezzo. Yuri is very nice, friendly and helpful. The room exceeded our expectations: spacious, comfortable and clean. Highly recomended!
The room met all of our needs. The breakfast was among the best that we had of all our stay in Italy. The staff was polite and attentive too our every desire.
