fantastic value for money. close to Peruggia and really nice place to stay

I really liked the location and the staff, everything is very spacious and the bed was comfortable enough. If you like olive oil, the restaurant uses a lot even in the scrambled eggs.

Fantastic location for Perugia airport. Check in open late for Ryan Air arrivals. Quiet and comfortable. Friendly family run hotel. Very good value

The room was clean and the staff did their best to help us in our little stay. for one night to Perugia after a a problem to our transit flight. Thank you so much Sonia for all of your help and thank you Markos for giving as a free lift to the airport. We own you to both of you. I also want to say a big thank you to the owner who gave us free of charge a "welcome" cake and a a bottle of water, because being late in the afternoon on Sunday, everything around was closed the time we arrived to the hotel.

Clean, spacious room with super clean and new bathroom. Breakfast was also amazing.

It is a quiet place and reachable to many places like Assisi.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice. Location is great - 10 mins from the basilica and lots of shops and pubs nearby. Spacious bathroom with a big shower enclosure.

Love the stay. Right next to the Church, able to attend daily Mass and prayers. Very peaceful. Very highly recommended!

Everything were super and excellent.

Our accommodation ticked all the boxes. Not too far from the historic centre (10 min drive), a historic building with lovely decor, beautiful grounds, warm, genuinely friendly staff and abundant free parking. Our stay was short, but our host Ivan made us feel like family. We really loved our stay.

Great hotel in a beautifull open location with a superb view on Assisi and mount Subasio. Lots of open space and tranquillity. Special thanks to Fabio for supplying a fantastic gpx route for gravel/road bike. Must come back!
