The staff. Really comfortable and good location to visit Spoleto

They breakfast was fine, but the choices could have been better. Also, there wasn't someone coming in to check the food or what I needed very often. I had to wait for someone to get my coffee which took over 15 mintues. The BEST part of about this place is they are very nice and accommodating. The lady at the front desk gave me a ride to the train station, no charge. THAT is EXCEEDING expectations. What a nice place, and I would recommend them for sure.

Front staff were very helpful and kind

This was my second time here. I love how relaxing it is, the facilities are great.Love the pool area and spa.

Perfect location for seeing Spoleto

Location perfect. Elegant hotel and staff. Breakfast was elegant and delicious.

All of the staff I interacted with were friendly, knowledgeable about the area, and patient with my poor Italian. The views from my room and the hotel common areas were spectacular. Towels were large and fluffy. Parking was convenient if you could snag one of the four spots adjacent to the hotel. The resident hotel cats were super chill; it’s a very pet-friendly property.

So much charm, very Comfortable room, luxurious bathroom, wonderful breakfast, perfect location!

I loved this hotel’s old world charm and its beautiful setting. The staff were also remarkably helpful and accommodating.
