Great place! Very warm welcome by Daniela, Pietro and Melissa. Big playground that the kids enjoyed together with Melissa. Fabulous breakfast was served by Daniela and Melissa. I highly recommend it for families looking for a relaxed and calm vacation.

Madame on reception was very, very nice and helpfull. Hotel is beautiful everything is new and stylish. Rooms and clean and new. Breakfast are very practical and great choices. I will definitely come back when I will have opportunity. Location is great just next to the Lago. Overall 10/10

A nicely renovated new hotel, situated right in the city center, with a gorgeous view of the lake from its terrace. Room was nice and spacious inviting you to relax. It was a pleasure to meet Marta at the reception, she was very kind and professional and knowledgeable, she went out of her way to make us feel welcome, even if we stayed only one night. Her recommendations about restaurants were also excellent. The owners are present most of the time, making sure everything is ok for the guests. For sure we will retorn and with great pleasure. Thank you so much again for everything.

It is not the first hotel where we stayed within that area, but definitely the best one! Booking it I didn't expect to get such a level of hospitality, comfort and care. It is a masterpiece: amazing combination of design, technologies, comfort and coziness. From the very first minute we felt so welcomed that didn't want to leave. Giada, Daniele thank you for your help at all the stages of our stay! Massimo, we were honored to be welcomed by you! Restaurant 'LeBolle' deserves a special comment: food, wine list, service are amazing! Table setting with all the small details was so sophisticated that brought aesthetic pleasure in addition to gastronomic experience. Looking forward to spa area opening, I may expect it will be fantastic!
