A great property and lovely entrance to the establishment. Large room and very comfortable. Fabulous view to the lake. A lovely breakfast and fabulous host. Very welcoming.

Hotel Villa Rosy is a reall gem. I stayed there one night and I wish I could stay longer. The owner and the staff are extremely freindly and helpful. The hotel itself is really lovely, clean and eventhough simple but with everything one might need. The breakfast and dinner were amazing. The location and area are mindblowing. In one word, I truely felt at home there and I will definitely return.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Residence Zust. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel view on Lago Maggiore is beautiful. The hotel has it's own pool, which is great. Nice breakfast with salty and sweet options, fresh veggies and fruit. The room was perfect with a small balkony with view on the lake, also hanger to dry wet towels and such. The bed was confortable, the bathroom was nice and clean.

The rooms were very clean, well equipped and beautiful. The hosts were nice to us, very well intentioned. You can park in the garden, 10 euro per day. The breakfast was very good, served in the garden, good food. :)

I had a wonderful time here, cozy room, great breakfast, very kind and attentive staff. Excellent location to walk to the centre and ferry terminal. Mille grazie!!

Waterfront location, pool, restaurant

Great place in quiet surrounding with an amazing view, very friendly and helpful staff and incredibly good restaurant with locally created dishes.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Close to all needed facilities. Stuff very friendly, whole hotel is dog friendly which is big plus for me

Everything- clean room. Matteo and all the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Situated right in the centre of Verbania close to bars and great restaurants a short walk to the shore of Lake Maggiore.

Location, the hotel is situated in front of the lake in the center, with restaurants and shops around and the boat ferry close by. Great to take boats and trip on and off at different locations

Amazing location! It was very clean and rooms were spacious. Exactly as shown in the pictures. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast on the terrace was delicious, the rooms for four people were renovated. The host family was very kind and friendly to us and the dogs.
