I think I may have stayed at Altavilla 5 or 6 times previously and I am sure I'll be back next time I'm in Valtellina. The owner of the accommodation is very friendly and helpful. The room is meticulously clean and neat, and I love the balconies overseeing the valley and the mountains. The food at the restaurant is incredible! Highly recommend trying out the set menu comprising local cuisine. The accommodation has free parking and it's a short drive to main points like Tirano, Bormio, and even Valposchiavo. Lastly, it is great value for money. Couldn't recommend more!

Immaculately clean and modern interior. Rooms are fabulous with the amazing mountain views. Staff were lovely and helpful.

The tranquility of the place.

Cleanliness, location and space

The small hotel is comfortable and located near the beautiful basilica. I enjoyed my stay.

Everything bed space and bathroom plus breakfast

Everything was absolutely perfect and beyond our expectations. AlessiA and her team went above and beyond to make us feel incredibly welcome, ensuring that nothing was missing. The food at their family restaurant is undoubtedly the best in town, and the rooms are impeccably clean and beautifully modern. They kindly allowed us to leave our car safely while we were away and took care of every little detail we needed. Honestly, it couldn't have been better!

Location, staff , breakfast, cleaning, room all best.

The personal is friendly. The location is great. The breackfast is just fantastic, great coffee. I generally liked Tirano. The city is done like very tourist friendly.

We LOVE the restaurant, very tasty plates, and the maître Salvatore, is very professional…. he makes us wish to return in this place. The animation with Lorenzo was perfect. The life music makes you feel good and relaxed, he has a sweet voice. We liked the swimming pool and the position of the hotel. Thank you for everything ❤️

The locations amazing! Room was nice and cozy, very clean also with the great view! Breakfast was very tasty! The staff was nice and friendly.

Everything is well thought out, excellent location, caring host.

Central accomodation, very nice room, very nice breakfast, friendly staff

Great small hotel - spacious room, free parking in front of the hotel and really good breakfast selection! Host was really nice and our dog was warmly welcomed.

A perfect place to stay. We were made to feel welcome and treated very well by the team. Nothing was a problem. The room was warm, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was lovely, with plenty of choice and great coffee! We very much enjoyed aperitivo in the bar too. Close to the town and easy to get to the ski slopes.

So close to the slopes and close to restaurants, also the owners are the kindest most helpful people.
