I spent a lot of time thinking what I did not like about this but failed. Beautiful location, seconds from where the airport bus dropped us off near Puerto Nova. Huge, clean and warm room ( we booked a triple), spotless toilet and shower, no noise or disturbance from the outside. The staff was kind and polite, the breakfast was basic but tasty ( non machine coffee!) and they kept our luggage with a smile! We paid a very fair price and would happily stay here when in Torino again!

Receptionist was very friendly and even gave me an upgrade without asking! She explained that taxi prices as early in the morning are not always the same and for a 5min ride would be €20-30,- and first bus/train was too late. So I decided to walk. She told me that a previous customer did the same and his feedback was good. So that what I did at 5AM. Google shows you the right walking way (32min) but it took me only 25min, save and quiet. The last 200m is on a main road without pavement, but until then passing through small roads through the village. A nice morning walk for a long travel ahead!

Everything was good. I would definitely recommend. Single room was very good and not cramped. Bathroom was excellent. Staff were beyond helpful and friendly. I genuinely couldn't find fault at all.

They assigned us room 308, defective air conditioning, no...

They assigned us room 308, defective air conditioning, no wifi signal, defective TV, defective sockets, a shame! In the middle of the night and after complaining at the reception, they gave us a room at a standard closer to what we knew about this hotel that we have been visiting for over 10 years. Although we were entitled to be compensated, those in management do not know this elegant and justified way to try to save a situation that should not have happened.

It’s a very quiet town definitely not much at all to do...

It’s a very quiet town definitely not much at all to do there. Unless you like going to the local bar or local restaurants, people are very friendly in there, need to travel into the capital to have a better experience. In the capital other than window-shopping, parks and plazas , there was not many places that were free. I would like to think that Torino is definitely a very bustling capital in the summer and probably best visited then. lots of museums and such like are there as well, but entry is quite expensive for the normal holiday maker.

Apartments are on a main street in Borgaro so shops an restaurants are an easy walk away. Very good restaurant across the road. Key code access is great. Place was spotless. Balconies get the sun in the afternoon. Friends stayed in the nearby hotel and the apartments are the better option. Bus stop minutes walk away.

Nice hotel with automatic access in a convenient location, everything is good. Great view of the mountains and landing planes from the balcony. Large room. Railway to the airport and Turin.

The hotel is close to the airport and on a bus route into Turin. Breakfast was simple but plentiful. However the dinning room is like a canteen rather than a hotel dinning room.
