Great staff, family run, great value

This is a little gem in the middle of nowhere. Clean, tidy, professional. Set menu dinner is amazing (2022 Michelin star) the restaurant easily catered to my gluten & dairy intolerance. The food for me was thoughtful and delicious! We had planned to stay one night but ended up staying an extra night.

Staff very kind,, room and bathroom clean, perfect for tourism or for those need to overnight for hospital assistance for their relatives, near the mean station, quite position, near to free parking lot.

Very good breakfast, spacious rooms, good wifi, nice shower and friendly staff. Private parking is available for €5 per night but on the street you can also park for free and there is sufficient space.

This was our second visit to this wonderful hotel. It is clean well appointed and provides a comfortable well equipped bedroom and bathroom. The breakfast and the welcome from the staff are both superb.

Location is in the heart of the "old town" of Cuneo on a high plateau with road and rail access across dramatic bridges. Hotel itself is a short walk to shops and restaurants, although from the train station was a bit further away. Main square out front had a carnival with midway rides for the kids, fun! Lots of activity. Room was beautiful! Very ornate and, wow, the bathroom was awesome (even had a jetted tub). Bed and bedding was luxurious and so comfortable. Michael at front desk checked us in and was very courteous and exceptionally professional. Thank you! Breakfast selection was VERY good with local specialties. Service staff were polite and efficient.

It is centrally located in the historical area of town in an old XVIIIth century palazzo

The food was excellent. The location perfect for travellers passing through. The staff were friendly, kind and helpful even though we do not speak Italian. All in all, a very pleasant stay. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely choose this hotel.

Everything - esspecially the people

We had a lovely little apartment with a cute balcony in either end. It was very clean and comfortable. A great size.

the location is perfect - right in the old town - tucked away 1 row behind so there is no noise. we parked the car right outside the front of our room with a balcony. We have a large dog and that was no problem at all for the hotel. We will definitely come back. Cuneo is beautiful and for us (a family of 7) + the large dog, this hotel was perfect.

Excellent location in Vernante, close to the Colle de Tende and the start of the Via del Sale. Family-run hotel, restaurant, bar, next-door bakery....Great staff, in particular Andrea who shared his motorbike expertise and the tracks, giving us a great map. Excellent local food, nicely decorated rooms.
