Due Fiumi is a fantastic location to stay, whatever the reason for visit. The room was perfectly clean, large, with comfortable beds. Bathroom was also large, with a spatious shower. Both room and bathroom have underfloor heating. The room had a great view at the yard and the surrounding area. The staff were very pleasant and professional.

Although on a main road in Prata, the property is isolated from loud noises and feels very much like being near the countryside

Delightful property ideally situated for our local mini tour

Friendly, warm welcome. Hotel Italia is not flashy or particularly luxurious, however the people are exceptionally attentive and helpful. The Trattoria downstairs is open til 9:30pm and has a good selection of drinks and a simple menu.

Breakfast & restaurant were both excellent. Room was clean with a prompt maid service

Very helpful suggested an excellent restaurant just opposite the hotel - worth going just for that

they have SPA zone newly built, dry sauna, steam sauna, multiple showers. you will need to book in advance to have them heated up though. and extra cost but not expensive.

The staff is very nice, very helpful with very good advices. The rooms are very clean and the view from the window on the canal is very pleasant.

This was not simply a hotel stay — it was a genuine luxury experience. From the moment we drove through the entrance, it felt like arriving at a beautiful historic villa, with fountains, monuments, elegant shutters, beautiful gardens and an atmosphere of another era. There was plenty of parking directly next to the rooms. The reception and service were exceptional. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was spotless, beautifully furnished with elegant traditional furniture, wood details, beautiful paintings and luxurious touches. The towels were changed every day and always smelled wonderfully fresh. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful. There was an abundance of fresh food, including fruit, vegetables, cakes, eggs, coffee and everything else you could wish for. The setting made it even more special: large tables overlooking a beautiful garden with enormous old trees. It was peaceful, elegant and felt incredibly luxurious. The restaurant in the evening was equally impressive, serving high-quality food in a beautiful, refined atmosphere. Everything felt special and worth every penny. But the highlight for us was definitely the pool. It was huge, very clean and the water was wonderfully warm. Even though the hotel was full, it never felt crowded, and there were always comfortable sun loungers available. There was also pool service, so you could order food and drinks without having to leave the pool. The whole pool area is surrounded by a beautiful green garden. We have rarely stayed somewhere that made such a strong impression on us. It truly felt like a little piece of luxury and was one of the highlights of our trip. We would absolutely recommend it and will definitely come back, even just for a long weekend.
