It was a comfortable stay. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Always smiling and courteous (special mention to Giulia :) - she is one of the nicest hosts you´ll meet). The pool is very well-maintained though there is no kids section. (pool towels for no extra charge) The breakfast was some of the best we had in Sardinia. There is on site free parking. Bathroom well eqipped. Has a nice local yet international feel to the cottages and the entire property. The views are wonderful. We would totally recommend it!

Public sandy beach, but it feels like a private one. Not crowded at all, with beach chairs and parasols provided for resort guests. Every room has a private deck, which is perfect for enjoying summer nights with your partner. Dinner at the restaurant feels more like fine dining than a classic hotel restaurant, great food and a romantic atmosphere near the pool. The staff is also praiseworthy: special thanks to David at reception, and to the restaurant/bar team; Matteo the waiter, and the young bartender and cocktail specialist whose name I, unfortunately, didn’t get.

All the services were available in the village, the food was good and the staff was very friendly. We did an excursion with a TUI group and it was easy to book.

Very clean all round and food was good with a good array of choice and opportunities to try something new. Staff were polite. Good opportunity to bird watch - luckily saw a flock of flamingos on nearby lake.

The Staff was warm and welcoming from the start of our stay to the end - such as being dropped off in a buggy with our bags. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience charming such as the live music and the beautiful pristine hotel interior. The daily food selection was varied and delicious something for everybody there was a sheer variety of Sardinian dishes. Lastly the proximity to amenities such as the pool and the beach was major advantage to this hotel. Overall we had a very memorable stay.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Janna e Sole Budoni. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel completely welcome. The check-in process was smooth and professional, and every interaction after that was friendly and helpful. The property itself is beautiful. It has a charming village-style layout with lush gardens and well-maintained grounds. My room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the private terrace was a lovely place to relax in the evenings. The two swimming pools are fantastic. One has a lively atmosphere with music and entertainment, and the other is quieter and perfect for pure relaxation. Both were clean and never felt overcrowded. The private beach area is another excellent feature, and the walk there was easy and pleasant. Breakfast was outstanding. The buffet offered a huge variety of fresh options, including fruit, pastries, eggs, cold cuts, and even vegan and gluten-free choices. The coffee was excellent, and the staff kept everything replenished throughout the morning. Dinner at the restaurant was equally impressive. The menu features delicious Italian, Mediterranean, and local dishes. The seafood was fresh and beautifully prepared. The bar area was comfortable, and the evening entertainment added a fun and sociable touch. The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. It felt peaceful and safe, yet the beach and nearby restaurants were within easy reach. Free parking on site was a huge convenience since I had a rental car. The drive from Olbia airport was simple and took around 30 minutes. For the quality of the stay, the value was exceptional. This property offers far more than I expected at this price point. I left feeling completely refreshed and already planning my return.

It was absolutely fabulous a real authentic feel excellent location really close to the beach, the food was absolutely exceptional and the staff will also friendly. Would definitely come back here again. We just want to thank everybody at the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. It was lovely and clean lovely gardens a beautiful walk down to the beach and it’s really great to get the shuttle bus to the la cinta beach.

We had a wonderful stay at Seada Beach Resort. What stood out most to us was the staff: everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. The reception staff especially deserve an extra compliment. They were always ready to help and did so with a smile. The resort itself is a little dated in some areas, but this did not bother us at all, as everything else was so positive. The rooms were clean, the food was very good and well prepared, and we really had nothing to complain about. It is a lovely family-friendly hotel with a beautiful, large swimming pool. The location is wonderful, with the pool right next to the sea, giving you a real holiday feeling. If we had to mention one downside, it would be the sea directly in front of the hotel, as there are quite a lot of rocks. However, this is of course something completely separate from the accommodation itself. We look back on our stay very positively. Above all, the friendliness, hospitality and helpfulness of the staff made our stay special. We would definitely recommend Seada Beach Resort! ☀️🌊

Wonderful apartment with a view of the sea. Great breakfast in the the terrace in the garden with a sea view. Comfortable beds, unfortunately we stayed only 1 night as we travelled around Sardinia.

Beautiful accommodation tucked away, a great place to relax and use as a base to explore the coastline. Such welcoming staff, fantastic food served on site....we loved it!
