Lovely apartment in a great town

Our stay at Relais Green Paradise in Apice was truly unforgettable. My wife, our one‑year‑old daughter, and I travelled to Italy for our honeymoon and to attend a friend’s wedding, and this apartment became the perfect home base for such a special trip. Set high in the hills with breathtaking views across southern Italy, it offered peace, beauty, and comfort in every direction. The apartment itself was modern, spotless, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed, and our host, Tecla, went above and beyond by providing a cot that once belonged to her own daughter — a thoughtful and personal touch that meant a lot to us. The outdoor space was just as impressive. The pool was refreshing and ideal for the hot summer days, the grounds were secure and immaculately maintained, and there were plenty of loungers for relaxing. We also loved the private outdoor dining area with a BBQ, perfect for quiet evenings. There’s even a children’s play park, which is a great feature for families visiting with older kids. Relais Green Paradise is also perfectly located for exploring the region. We visited Benevento, Salerno, and Campobasso — all within easy reach and full of history, culture, and great food. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was Tecla. She is, without doubt, the most welcoming and accommodating host we’ve ever met. She baked us fresh cookies and bread, brought us home‑grown vegetables, and shared invaluable recommendations about Italy and the local area. Her kindness seemed endless. We also had an unexpected issue with our rental car on arrival. Tecla didn’t hesitate — she drove 40 minutes to collect us, helped us get groceries, and brought us safely to the apartment with all our bags. The next day, she drove another 40 minutes to take us to the rental company for a replacement car and even translated for us. Her generosity turned a stressful situation into something we look back on with gratitude.

Great views, very clean facilities and helpful host!

The room is located in a historic building within the ancient city of Molinara. The room is spacious with a parlor and large bedroom. The furnishings and decor are perfect for the setting. The room was well heated and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and very well appointed. The bed was large and comfortable. The views from the room were of the valley and another ancient city on the hill. Breakfast was provided at a little cafe very near the hotel room. The owner of the location met us at the room and greeted us warmly. I highly recommend this location when staying in Molinara.

We are walking the Via Francigena and were tired when we arrived at Aia di Lazzaro. We received a very warm welcome and very well looked after. The whole family takes great pride in Customer Service. We had the most delicious breakfast the next morning with homemade slices, fresh figs, pastries, fruit juice, etc. This family run business deserves the highest praise.
