We have been in the delux room, which was really really delux - all was new with beatiful design. The hotel located on amazing river which you can do rafting. The breakfast was perfect, with a nice variety and all was tasty. There is a great resturant in the hotel. Highly recommended!!!

The Madonna delle Nevi family & extended family (staff) are just so nice & friendly it was just like being part of their family. The facilities are great & the spa is fabulous! The food is exceptional & well presented. The location to the ski lift & ski hire shop is super close & lovely after a long day skiing!

Although the hotel was shutting down at the end of the season, the staff were most helpful and did all they could to make our stay most comfortable. Our motorcycle was stored in a warm garage, and though the restaurant was closed, drinks were made available from the bar. Breakfast was as extensive as if the hotel was full. Highly recommended.

The great place in wonderful location. Hotel is run with extreme competent and helpful personnel. As a guests we have filling being very important persons during each contact with the staff. We highly recomend this hotel.

very supportive reception staff, when booking.com messed up the booking number the hotel staff didn't question and gave us an additional room without additional charges, very kind of them
