Set in a renovated mill in the Tuscan countryside, B&B BERNARDONE features an a la carte restaurant, a bar and a garden with BBQ facilities. There is also a 24-hour front desk and a guest lounge area.... What a lovely place! I stayed one night after a very long day of walking the nearby Via Francigena. My room was clean, quiet and the perfect size. After a little rest, I enjoyed a wonderful meal served by the friendly staff. I’m so glad I chose this spot and would gladly stay again.
Located in Camaiore, in a building dating from 1900, Locanda le Monache provides a shared lounge and guestrooms with free WiFi. The hotel features family rooms. Nice (and popular) place to stay whilst walking the Via Francigena. Great location to stay. Staff were excellent and the room was great.
Offering a terrace and views of the city, La Stagione dell'Arte is located in a historic building in Camaiore, about 6.2 mi from the beaches of Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio. WiFi is free throughout.... Fully modernized apartment with eclectic decoration. Large bath with rain shower head. Comfortable table and seating area in the kitchen. Right on the main shopping street. Convenient to everything. Aurora, who met me at the apartment for check-in, was accommodating and knowledgeable about restaurants and other nearby attractions.
Located in Camaiore, 27 miles from Pisa, Antica Fattoria La Verdina provides a shared lounge and free WiFi. The owners where welcoming us with a cup of coffee and they where super nice and attentive. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and the breakfast in the garden delicious. We loved it!
Located in Camaiore, 29 miles from Pisa, B&B IL VOLO has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and free WiFi. I do travel a lot, so I know what I am talking about. I must say that the friendliness and helpfulness of the host was outstanding. The hospitality we experienced was just exceptional and beyond compare. Can only recommend it.

I was lucky enough to spend one night at Villa La Bianca in May 2022. My VW’s GPS was inaccurate but when I telephoned the Villa, Julia guided me right to their gates just up the road a piece. I was road weary, and Julia helped me navigate with luggage from parking lot to room with patience, charm, and a golf cart. The Villa was quiet and they had upgraded me to a beautiful suite with a working fireplace and library. The Villa La Bianca compendium was thorough, and told a very interesting story of its history. The room itself was gorgeous and comfortable. The restaurant was superb. Chef was accommodating when I requested fish on what was meat night. Indoor dining was in beautiful surrounds with great lighting. In the morning when I was scheduled to leave for Pisa, Julia seeing how exhausted I was convinced me to stay and take advantage of the pool. This was some of the best advice I have ever taken. The pool is set amongst immaculately manicured and flowering grounds next to chef’s herb garden. I didn't see much of Camaiore proper, but what I did see driving through of the village was charming, and the vistas seen from Villa La Bianca were breathtaking and compelling. I hope very much to return to Villa La Bianca.
Nice well-kept town just a few kms from the sea. Nice restaurants, some beautiful shops and a good view on the surrounding mountains. Perfect base to explore Lucca or Pisa. To be seen: the Ognissanti market on the 1st of November.
Nice little place to stay with nearby hiking, beach & not far from Lucca & Pisa Airport. Lido 20mins drive lots to do see & places to eat. If you go around the back near the lighthouse there is parking so you can walk out with a long stretch of beach.
Lovely and authentic town on a beautiful location. Close enough to go to the beach every day, and far enough to chill after and enjoy a more laid back Italian experience without tourist traps and full of lovely people. I ate in different places and we nailed it every time. I can't wait to come back!
Camorie the village is small and pretty some nice restaurants. Lido camorie has stunning beaches and is great for food, a ride on the big wheel. parking for visitors is blue bays, and you have to pay.
Not a lot of eating establishments in Camaiore and, as tourists, we felt quite out of place in this local town. Pietrasanta, a few miles down the road, was certainly more appealing. Having visited the rest of Tuscany as part of our trip, unfortunately, this was our least favourite area.
The house is located where you can look down all view of the town from the terrace and the pool. We really had a nice time just by staying at the house for whole day. The host was also very kind and we could reach him whenever we have questions. There are also small mountains where you can do hiking. It is a perfect place for couple who want to enjoy the summer of Italy in quite and relaxing environment.
Casa de Sole is located in the hills above the lovely town of Camaiore. It has views out over the valley and to the sea in the distance. It is an easy, scenic drive to both Lucca and Pisa. Roberto clearly has passion for this property that he has built and for the region. He provides suggestions for where to go and what to do and his focus on his guests made for a great stay.
We had a fantastic 3 days at the hotel. Such a peaceful place with comfortable beds, excellent breakfast ( the eggs, bacon and avocado set us up for the day) and wonderful grounds including salt water pool. Best of all were the welcoming and attentive hosts who shared great restaurant recommendations. Hopefully we can come back some day!
There was a larger parking lot near the facility. The staff waited for us as we were delayed on arrival due to traffic. The apartment is as advertised and each floor has a bathroom and shower, which was great for our group. The beach area is 15 minutes drive. The area is peaceful.
Spotlessly clean , good sized accommodation with balcony and garden space . Well-equipped kitchen. Tastefully furnished with lovely art work on walls . Safe gated area with ample parking space . Private and residential feel , yet near town centre . Friendly welcoming owners .
Accommodating staff, very helpful. Restaurant in the hotel is wonderful. As was breakfast room and breakfast food. Very convenient place to stay in this fascinating small town.
Nice and spacious villa, lots of kitchen appliances and great yard. 10 min to the beach, cafes and grocery. Friendly and responsive host. Great value for money.
Very nice location not only for the beach for for the trips as well. Stable and beautiful weather. Places for walking in the shadow (big park)
Friendly host(was) on arrival. Beautifully furnished. Camaiore is a lovely town.
Spacious / comfortable bed / location 15/20 minutes from beaches
Perfect spot, nice restaurants close by.
The hospitality of the hosts is outstanding, the facilities are perfect including a wonderful pool and the (optional) dinners that are served are simply a piece of art. It is very much recommended to try the culinary skills of Daniele at least once during your stay. Also the self produced wine is worth it. All in all a perfect stay.
An amazing villa with a fascinating history. Meals at Villa La Bianca were excellent. The grounds are beautiful. My suite was exquisite, quiet, and comfortable. The staff (especially Gulia and Chef) could not have been kinder or more accommodating. The highlight of my Tuscan journey, I very much hope to return to Villa la Bianca.
