The location was exceptional, the hotel is great, offers a lot of possibilities for young and old, the staff is incredibly kind and genuine: an exquisite, picturesque and quiet spot on the Lago Maggiore. We stayed a week, had great weather and didn’t have a dull moment. What I personally enjoyed most were the sunrise from our balcony (breathtaking view!), as well as the aperitif in the evenings watching the sun go down. I loved also the walks with our dog (Cannero is a very dog friendly place) along the lake with exceptional views!

Amazing hotel, right on the lake and the main promenade. the staff is lovely and very accommodating. The bartender Andrea is amazing and very friendly as well as his older colleague (forgot his name :(). The location is perfect with a view on the lake and private parking with electric car charging point on spot. We also used their Spa facilities which can be booked at reception for private use (the whole spa it was reserved for my boyfriend and me only). Breakfast offers high quality food and drink options and you can even make a fresh smoothie. Dinner at the hotel was beyond all expectations, everything served is super fresh and they offer a great wine selection as well. the room was spotless clean, spacious and great Wifi.

Very nice and accommodating host who prepared a personalised breakfast, with 4,5 minute boiled egg 🤗. The house is like a small museum and very we maintained. Every object has a dicumented history. At the same time there is modern comfort. I highly recommend!

Cannero is a beautiful, quiet small town on Lago Maggiore. Although it is small, there are several lovely restaurants and bars. There is also a taxi boat to take you across to Luino or up to Cannobio - both of which are beautiful.

Nice town. Not too busy. Friendly people, english and german speaking. Great cuisine. We stayed at a superb location. Eating at the lake promenade is great! Good food, friendly staff, great view. Don't forget to get an ice cream at Tu. In one word superb!.

From the hotel to the lake and lake transport is the width of a country lane ! We either ate in the hotel or one of the adjacent cafes or bars. Transport to the hotel is either via your own car or ferry to the door. There are many hiking routes in the surrounding hills, or shopping days via ferry to local markets.
