Set right outside Rivalta on the main road leading to Reggio Emilia, Locanda Sant'Ambrogio offers rooms and studios combining wood-beamed ceilings with modern details and flat-screen TVs. Local italian hotel outside Regio-Emilia. The restaurant is very good in terms of food, but interior was outdated
Le dimore de Il borgo del balsamico is located in a historical building in Albinea, 18 mi from Parma. Free private parking is available on site. All rooms have a private bathroom equipped with a bath.... The balsamic tour was great. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the buildings are beautiful. The whole estate is as pretty a place you could hope to stay. We were very happy to have found this place.
Set in the countryside 1.9 mi south of Reggio Emilia, Agriturismo La Razza offers a seasonal salt-water pool, and leisure activities including archery. Lovely place on the countryside, modern renovation with all comfort, ample parking, breakfast very good, connected restaurant highly recommended.
Villa Agata is located in Reggio Emilia and provides accommodations with a garden and free WiFi, 4 miles from Meridiana Shopping Centre and 4.2 miles from Mapei Stadium – Città del Tricolore. Staff is hospitable and friendly. The villa is charming with old-style interior kept. Large green yard, with outside table, which is a perfect relax. Comfortable parking. Big dining room, kitchen and living room available for the guests. The place has opened a couple of months ago and the owners are passionate to develop it. Will recommend it.
Locanda Ca' Matilde is an elegant country villa, set in the countryside of Emilia-Romagna. It offers spacious rooms with free Wi-Fi, plus a Michelin-starred restaurant serving regional specialties. We were unaware that of the Menu Price-Fixe. So we were shocked. I asked for a five course meal and my friend asked for a four course meal. We ended up paying for the 7 course meal at 79 Euros each. They said breakfast and parking were included we ended up paying 28 Euros for breakfast. Parking was free. Then to top everything off while we were out for touring on the second day they moved everything to another room so they could put three people in our room. The room we got was smaller but it was still adequate for three persons.
The hotel is located in a park near the historic center of Reggio Emilia in an exclusive residential district. It is only 1.9 mi from the train station. Reggio Emilia is a special town, beauty, history, culture, but not full of tourists. Our 11yearold loved the pool and the breakfast. We were walking distance from a river walk and a park with playground, goats and donkeys and for our luck and surprise an illustrators festival. City bus to the center was easy and cycling would be great!
