Villa Maria Cristina is a modern hotel with a summer swimming pool and an elegant restaurant. It is a 5-minute walk to Caserta Train Station and 10 minutes' walk from the Royal Palace. It’s set back from the street so it’s very quiet. The staff was so helpful and gracious. They assisted us with several travel arrangements. The property is beautiful inside and out. They provided a lovely breakfast. We also had dinner at their restaurant one night. It was delicious! We highly recommend it.

Hotel Amadeus is set in a building of the 19th century, just 656 feet from Caserta Train Station and 1640 feet from the Royal Palace. All rooms offer free Wi-Fi. The hotel is in a great location just down the street from the train station. It’s an elegant old style and they made good use of the limited space with next door to include parking and a cafe where breakfast is served. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean. The bathroom was tight to include a bidet but modern; the shower pressure was good. I liked the breakfast - mine was cappuccino, cornetto, yogurt, fresh fruit and juice. I felt the owners were highly involved in having a successful hotel.

A lovely and safe town. Easy to walk around. Plenty of excellent pizzerias and other places to eat. Train and bus station functional and not too big. We also visited Casertavecchia which was wonderful and Capua.
I had booked a room at the New Baby hotel but the advertised parking was too small for my average size car to enter. The street was dangerous to offload people and luggage and the owner lied about the refund. DO NOT BOOK THIS hostel. FRAUD!
The palace and palace gardens at Caserta deserve a visit of at least half a day. The rooms on view at the palace are stunning, and the very extensive gardens superb. Otherwise, Caserta seems a fairly normal, commercial Italian city.
The royal palace and garden are exquisite. This is the largest palace in Europe (though only a small part of the palace interior was ever completed). This place is modeled after Versailles but instead of hoards of tourist there are relatively few people there! The Gardens are over a mile long and very beautiful. The fountains rival Versailles and even in January it was in the upper 60's and you can walk, rent a bike or even take a horse drawn carriage ride through the gardens (worth the 50 euro's). There is also the little known Caserta Belvedere (Royal Silk Factory) 5 miles away (a short taxi ride partway up the mountain) that is extremely interesting and the views are incredible. You can even see Vesuvius near Naples 35 miles away. You need to book a guide to get in but if you are at all interested in early 18th century manufacturing they have restored the old silk factory and royal palace so it's worth the trip there. Most people don't go up (you really need to stay an extra day in Caserta to go there) but it's worth it.
The castle Reggio garden was wonderful. Wear comfortable shoes, it takes about a half hour just to walk from the castle to the end of the garden. We enjoyed restaurant Caprese. Driving is a bit of a challenge with a lot of traffic.
Caserta is well worth a visit, go and see the Royal Palace and Gardens, enjoy the stylish shops and good bars and restaurants and we recommend you stay at Welchome Charming House. We were right in the centre of Caserta and although we found free on road parking by the apartment, you can walk to the Royal Palace, shops and restaurants. Our stay if one night was too short. Enjoy dinner at Prosit Restaurant -the food was amazing - best pork I have ever tasted!!!
Caserta
The hotel, the room/junior suite is very comfortable, the rooms are in almost brand new condition. The breakfast was very nice , and Diego , the owner, even adopted it to our individual preferences. The area is very quiet. The place is a bit difficult to find and it may be difficult to find a proper parking slot, however we always managed. from Zeta rooms , it is about 30 min walk to the Reggia, the royal palace. It was a very pleasant experience to stay in Zeta rooms.
Caserta
We didn’t went to the orignal place. There was a problème in the flat, the host was nice and tried to arrange the situation, she took us to a hotel. Sadly the experience at the hotel was not the best. The street was really noisy, the staff not really friendly and the breakfast not amazing. I am happy that I booked only for one night because it was not a great experience to payfor a big flat and to end in a little hotel room with a little window.
The hotel itself is superb, also the breakfast. The caserta Royal Palace and the City center are only 12 minutes away walking (there is an underground passage under the train station, unknown by Google maps). But the patj is not very nice (I avoided it by night) They also rent bikes for free. The abundant and good breakfast in the room. Very silent room. You also have cable TV in the room :) they give complimentary sweets and water.
Caserta
Lorenzo was so helpful. He walked us to a local restaurant , IL Tiglio, introduced us to the owner and explained the menu to us as the staff didn’t speak English. He offered to take us on a tour of the nearby Cathedral of Casertavecchia. built in 861. on our second night he drove us the a pizzeria in the next village and arranged a ride back for us. The Corte property is in a small village that was not touristy, just what we wanted.
Caserta
Everything is very new in this bed and breakfast, so it's modern, everything works, and it's a pleasure to stay there. the host is super friendly, there is a very nice garden at the back, great views in the distance. at the same time, it respected the façade and classical atmosphere in the declaration. Good Wi-Fi, rooms are spacious, furniture very comfortable. the parking is behind the hotel and with enough space.
We came to visit the Reggia di Caserta palace - a stunning place - recommended to everyone. The hotel is very near the palace so for us the location was very good. Our room must have been recently refurbished with all kinds of sophisticated equipment, especially the shower which offered too many options to chosse from when you just want to take a shower. But I can't complain about that.
Caserta
weekend stay in Casserta in February couldn’t be better. Room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast in the room what time you wanted, perfect size gym and private spa with jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, relaxing area and drinks included. Walk to the center is short, there’s parking in the hotel, if you wish, or there are electric bicycles around the town.
Caserta
The welcoming snacks and drinks in the fridge are ridiculously abundant! You literally can get anything you want in the kitchen (and bathroom ). Both AC units are very powerful during the summer. The host is also very helpful and responsive. Definitely will go back again if we have friends visiting Caserta. Grazie mille!

The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and in a ideal location. The staff made my friend who I had booked the hotel feel welcome. He recommended it to me and was very pleased with my choice, he also said he would stay there again.
Very clean, very new. Best hotel bed we have slept in. It's huge..... Lots of space. Recommended. Right in the up market part of Caserta. Designer shops and eateries all around. Short walk to the palace.
Caserta
Good location at short walking distance to the beautiful Reggia di Caserta and city center (approximately 15m). The owner is really friendly and keen to help/answer needs. Private parking spot on site
The hotel is very clean, it’s located very closed to the super strada and 4km away from the centre. The pool is cool and comfortable, the receptionist that assist us was very nice
Business hotel very close to the motorway, very quiet with all amenities and big rooms. Excellent breakfast provided. Many restaurants and shopping areas nearby.
Central hotel, super clean, very comfortable and spacious room, friendly and helpful staff, internal closed garaging
I like the space in my room, the feel & look of my room as well as the the hotel premises,
It’s located next to an absolute beautiful village. Hotel was saved by the location

the best in Caserta! Onorato il migliore
The food was better than the hotel
Artistic Charming House is an upscale series of sparkling clean nicely furnished modern apartments located on the upper floor of a well maintained building in a lively neighborhood next to the Royal Palace in Caserta. Popular restaurants and bars line the street in front. The rooms are managed by an amiable and helpful staff. A full and delightful breakfast is served in your room on a clever rolling cart. We arrived on a Sunday night when the street was packed with diners and strollers but found a temporary parking place just across the street to unload our luggage before driving around the block to the large secure parking lot not far away. The night manager helped us obtain tickets for our visit to the Royal Palace and made reservations for us at a fun restaurant. The next day we toured the Royal Palace and had a quick lunch under the umbrellas of a small restaurant near the entrance to the palace before retrieving our stored luggage and car. All in all a very pleasant visit in Caserta.
