Hoteli v okolici mesta Casone

The property has a lot of potential, but unfortunately it doesn't make the most of what it offers. The staff were polite, but they didn't seem particularly enthusiastic or engaged. It was disappointing that the sauna and jacuzzi were not working, especially considering the bad weather during our stay, as they would have been a great addition for guests. We also had to set up the sun loungers and umbrellas ourselves. Every day we could clearly hear the staff talking loudly, presumably from the kitchen or service area, which was quite disturbing. On the positive side, the room was cleaned and tidied every day, and the housekeeping was excellent. We were a group of four, but there were only two chairs on our terrace. The breakfast table was also never set up for four people, and one morning we had to push two tables together ourselves so we could eat together. We were also welcomed with only two complimentary bottles of water, even though there were four of us staying in the room. Overall, the property has great potential, but paying more attention to these details and making better use of the available facilities would greatly improve the guest experience.

Zelo prijazno osebje, udobna postelja, garaža pod hotelom, okusen zajtrk s pestro ponudbo

Odlično in prijazno osebje. Večerja vrhunska.

Mogoče umešana jajca in popečena panceta. Kolesarnica za kolesa.

izjemno lepa nastavitev, čista, v lepi okolici, osebje prijazno in ustrežljivo, odličen zajtrk.

Anja

Lasten parking, super osebje, super lokacija

Lastniki in osebje res zelo prijazno. Pomagali so nam s številnimi nasveti. Lokacija je popolna, tiha, mirna s čudovitim vrtom. Zajtrk zelo dober s slastnim pecivom, katerega peče teta. Sobe prostorne, udobne ter zelo čiste.
