Outstanding food, cozy and special attention to customers

The location is great, with wonderful views and direct access to the piste. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. For example Booking.com said there was a 12:00 check out but the hotel details indicated 8:40 to 9am. When I asked the staff about this they immediately agreed to the later time. The food was good honest food with ski sized portions.

I liked that it was all pretty much connected, except for the ski room. To get to skiing you need to use ski busy

Excellent accomodation Breathtaking views Lovely Staff

We stayed at La Roccia for six nights, and I must say it is truly an impeccable hotel. We enjoyed every single moment of our stay. First and foremost, the staff are exceptional. It feels as though they have been carefully handpicked and selected. Everyone is constantly smiling, incredibly welcoming, and always willing to go beyond simply answering questions. They genuinely want to help and make your stay special. The owner is also very present and engaged. We saw him every day, and he always took the time to greet us and ask whether everything was going well. The restaurant is outstanding, led by a remarkably talented Michelin-starred chef. We enjoyed dinner there three times during our stay, and each experience was excellent. The rooms are spotless, the beds are exceptionally comfortable, and the hotel even provides foam pillows and mattress toppers. Honestly, it was hard to get out of bed in the morning! The location is fantastic, and the views are simply breathtaking. The spa is beyond impressive. I would especially like to mention Mauricio, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. After the spa ritual, we had a wonderful conversation, and he recommended several restaurants in the region. We tried them all and loved every one of them. I could go on and on about how impressed I am with this boutique hotel. The level of service and attention to detail genuinely felt comparable to a luxury property such as the Four Seasons. We would happily return and highly recommend La Roccia to anyone visiting the area.
