Located right at the beach but not too close to other hotels, so the beach area was not full (we spent a weekend in September). Public beach not far away from the hotel, there is also a beach bar with fair prices nearby.
Garage with roof is a good extra, keeps your car nice and cool (doesn’t look like there’d be enough spaces under the roof for all cars though).
Ac in the room.
Sea view from the balcony.
Light blocking curtains.

The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and clean. It had a small balcony. The room was small, but I knew it would be. My husband and I do not need a big room; just a place to stay and sleep. The bath towels did not dry without the AC or window open. Learned that in order for them to dry you need circulation throughout the bathroom and bedroom somehow.
The breakfast was great; the eggs were amazing! There is a woman who makes you whatever coffee drink you want. She was so sweet and kind and remembers what you drink so she asks you the next morning if you want the same coffee drink. The restaurant food which we had for dinner twice was also delicious.

The recently renovated suite was spacious and comfortable. Was very good to host two adults and two little kids. The staff was friendly and available to satisfy all of our requests. I would highly recommend this place for a stay in Cavallino.

The hotel has a cute Itslo chic and is squeaky clean, loved the opulence of the breakfast and superclosr to the beach. We were accomodated so we could be on the beach with friends who stayed in the (more expensive) Ca di Valle sister hotel across the street. Would totally book this again!

If you don't already know this place, don't go. The community around there won't support you. It's just a vast trailer park with terrible traffic near a beach in which you can't swim for most of the year.
Not worth it.

It was our 10th stay in Cavallino as we falled in love with this place. After various Spain/Croatia/Egypt/Turkey/Greece vacations we finally found our dream destination.
Cavallino is mainly camping heaven so we took advantage of it and booked quite an opposite = appartments. So we have zero tourist night promenade nonsense and enjoy quiet nature with acceptable beach numbers /like 6 rows of umbrellas/.
We enjoy water/wave barriers as relaxing place to sit for hours.
We recommend nearby port for access to Venice every year /lifehack for getting directly to St.Marco square superfast avoiding human ants/.

For us (a couple) this accommodation was just perfect.
For us (a couple) this accommodation was just perfect. It was perfectly convenient even without a car, so also appropriate for sustainable tourism. We arrived by train from Viena in almost 8 hours straight at Venice. Then a wonderful trip with the Vaporetto (1, 2 and 7 day passes all Vaporetto combinations to several islands and Venice included) to the island treporti. The appartment is by bike (possible to rent on the island) 10 minutes away from a rally nice, long and gratis beach which is also perfectly suitable for kids because not deep at all and very calm water. A supermarket is also in 5 minutes by bike or 15 minutes walking. A lot of bike paths nearby which drove us to the nicest places with the nicest sunsets:-). With the Vaporetto 15 minutes by foot away from the apartment we were in 15 minutes in very nice burano, in 50 minutes in Murano and in almost 1 hour in Venice. Venice is incredible nice but full of people, so for us it was perfect to stay in a much more peaceful place to go to relax after sight seeing and the ship experiences to go from one place to another also incredible!

Place is so nice and quiet, enough activities to keep you busy or just to lay on the beach and enjoy the sea without being disturbed! Would def recommend and come back! Strong and quality mosquito repellent is an absolute must in the afternoon/evening. Absolutely loved we could explore different beaches and places by the bikes provided by the accommodation! You can also rent bikes from a lot of places and as the infrastructure is well set up to be accessible by bike plus you could try the peninsula tours by bike if the weather is no too hot, there are some nature focused trails set up!
Prices are reasonable for food in most places - we spent an average of 50€ /dinner main course and drinks. Favourite place we found is Fugo Grill & Restaurant for dinner.
Loved the dog beach where there were less people and really cute furry faces around! It was an extremely clean beach and pet companions were very clean and attentive to their dogs.
We did not book any water sports or such, but there were some options near. Bring SUP if you can, water is calm enough to enjoy paddle boarding!

Excellent starting point.
Excellent starting point. To the East you have Jesolo and all its tourist goodies, to the West you have Lido di Venezia, to the North you have quick access to Venice and to the South - endless beach. Bicycle friendly. All is easily accessible with a car, away from the busy highway - even local roads are quick and straight, so I never use autostrada for this part of Italy.

At Lio Piccolo we were watching flamingos.
Very nice walking/cycling pathways.
The cycling pathways are physically separated from roads by a concrete curb so that they are safe for children and dogs.
Nearby Ponte Sabioni is a water gate to Venice, parking for car there is 5E for whole day. One-way Ticket for a person (including children older than 6 years) from P.Sabioni to Venice costs 9.5E, the dog is free of charge.
It is a great base for Venice trips, beaching, etc.

For this price - to be so close to Venice with your own parking, your own park with bbq area, decent room (who cares if it's cheaper-than-ikea furniture as long as it's clean and new), your own balcony, jacuzzi on terrace, next to the beach ... Not to mention a supermarket and a restaurant on bottom floor ... Come on! Excellent value for money.
In general the stay was good. The territory is big, green and very clean. There is very nice well maintained beach. The lady at the tourist desk was more than helpful. It is very easy to get to the ferry to Venice.
Location is close to ferry for Venice, Everything in the cabin worked, TV, hot water, wifi, cooking hot top ect worked unlike the rest of Italy. Staff spoke english better than out Italian. Just a nice place to stay.
