We were warmly welcomed upon arrival, even offered dinner after a long journey. The room was clean, cozy, and had a very homely atmosphere, decorated with care and love. The hosts were incredibly kind and friendly, making us feel as if we were part of a family. They also gave us great advice on walking routes. Breakfast was absolutely delicious – we were served a fantastic mushroom omelet, homemade bread, apple pie, sandwiches with pita, ham, and cheese, as well as tasty coffee, cappuccino, and espresso. Everything was just perfect.

The B&B offers self-check and all the information were provided. The location is amazing, right in front of Malaspina tower and next to the city hall. In the morning there is a very nice and cheap bar close by (Bar della Torre) and few restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. The city of Varzi is very nice and offers some relaxing walks in the countryside and historical sightseeing.

What an amazing location, perched on the hill side with panoramic uninterrupted views of Bobbio and the surrounding hills. Beautifully renovated old building with lovely and spacious rooms, comfy beds and so on. But in the end it was the wonderful home cooked dinner showcasing lots of local foods and wine that was the highlight - hard to beat. Not to mention breakfast was an equal pleasure. Tip: Park this side of the bridge and walk across.
