Great hotel with an excellent location, just a short walk from the beach. The renovated rooms are modern, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The staff are incredibly polite, friendly, and always happy to help. The gaming area is amazing, with plenty of board games, an old-school arcade machine, PS5 consoles, and gaming PCs—a true paradise for gamers. Highly recommended!

Good hotel for a fair price. Very good location: close to the sea, supermarket, old city, railway station. We arrived for the sports event held in 2 different locations, and it was an ideal distance to the sports hall and downtown, right in between. The personnel were very helpful. Good breakfast.

Big room, great bathroom, great AC. Nice staff, good parking.

The fridge in my room was an excellent addition. The location was excellent. The staff were friendly, bigger than average balcony

The rooftop was a real highlight and the spa area as well.

You get what you pay for. I had a single person room during the Ironman event, the room was affordable and practical. It was small, but there was no need for anything different. The staff were incredible, the gentlemen behind reception and the wonderful lady who worked from the kitchen were accommodating and also assisted after a long travel and the desire for an early check in. The room was ready and they allowed check in with no extra charge.

It is a lovely family run hotel, they know who you are and are once you arrive and are very welcoming It was very close to the race transition (Italy IM), and very close to the beach. The family were able to accommodate my asks and needs

Clean rooms and great location. The hotel is right in front of the transition entrance and a short walk to the expo. Breakfast quality was also good.

Amazing place, the decor was very tasteful and creative, the Turkish steam room was a welcome surprise. The property is right beside the old town with the best restaurants in Cervia just outside, communication was excellent throughout our stay, really friendly people. Pity we can’t clone this place to stay in whenever we travel, will be hard to beat!

Perfect place, near sea and a beach. Very nice and halpful owner. Great breakfast. Everything was perfect. We will come back.

The breakfast staff were so helpful and understood our needs of non dairy food. The reception staff were so helpful with leaving bike boxes etc after check out.

I only stayed 2 nights but I loved this place. I wanted to be near piazza Garibaldi for a concert and this was perfect. I had a nice balcony which I didn't expect. It was very clean and modern. The staff were very welcoming. I was offered a room upgrade as it was only an economy room but for only 2 nights I was happy with the economy room.

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Great visit. Would 100% book here again.
