It was a clean and comfortable room in a quiet location, however, it was very close to the beach and all other facilities. The breakfast was delicious - a big selection of everything and very tasty! Spacious restaurant.

The room was beautiful, clean and the location is great. The hotel has free parking. In the lobby is free coffee, tea, and sweets. We really enjoyed our stay at Gabbiano Suites!

Nice recently refurbished hotel, good brekky with excellent coffee, perfect location next to the beach and many restaurants, very friendly staff, reasonable size of the room. Hotel offers 15% discount on the nearest beach services as well as 10% on the bills in a few nice restaurant nearby. Reserved parking next to the hotel is EUR 10 per day

Very clean. Great location for the IM event. Comfortable bed. Good value for money. Friendly staff were more than fair after realising we had breakfast every day without actually booking it.

Beautiflly and very novely furnished. The floor-to-ceiling glass windows were amazing, with a breathtaking sea view. Unfortunately, the weather was not very nice, but no one could influence that. Still, the uninterrupted sea view directly from the room along its entire length was absolutely stunning. A wonderful experience. This was truly accommodation that became an experience in itself. The staff was very kind, and the food was excellent every day — both the breakfast and the dinner selection. If we ever wander back to this part of Italy, we will definitely be happy to stay again. The Hotel it’s close to the beach 4 min walk. You have 24h access to the parking. Breakfast quite good.

The room was clean with a small balcony,great value of the money. The breakfast has sweet and salted options that can be served also on the beautiful terrace. Close to the beach a 5-7 min walk, lots of stores and different markets in the area. Parking is 10e per day.

Basic, clean, with lovely committed staff. Perfect for a stop over, to have breakfast included was a bonus. Free parking too and access to the beach.

Very conveniently located, nice stuff, very clean and functional

I really liked the stay, and the view from upper balcony, I stayed alone in a quadruple room with both air-conditioning plus large fan in ceiling and good breakfast.

I've been there for the Cervia Ironman the staff took really care of us up to the 5h30 breakfast on race day. That helped a lot making these days unforgettable. Thanks

Amazing hotel design, very spacious, very clean rooms. Sauna and gym on the premises. Great outdoor spaces. Toiletries provided.

Very well appointed. Everything we needed for our stay and a well styled interior. Good restaurants close at hand and a pleasant atmosphere in the neighbourhood. We were stopping off briefly to break a long journey but will need to stay longer in future.

We were greeted on arrival by Niccolo' and Giulia who showed us around the property and also gave us a few tips about places to eat, etc. They also gave us a free parking permit so, if travelling by car, there's no need to worry about the extra costs about parking. The property is brand new and has all mod cons including air con (both in the separate bedroom and main living area), a coffee machine, washing machine and dryer. The location is ideal to walk to Cervia city centre and pretty canal side, there's a well stocked Coop just 5 mins' walk away as well as lots of bars, restaurants and gelaterie (ice cream parlours). The train station is just down the road (5 mins' walk) and the beach is about 10 mins' walk. Although the property is on a busy road, there's a level of privacy thanks to the pretty hedge and a seating area outside where you could also put a drying rack - which is also provided - useful to dry your costumes and washing.

It’s at a quiet street yet very convenient location, walking distance to supermarket, restaurants and grocery stores. The house is well decorated with all necessary amenities that guests would need to live comfortably. The host Giorgia is always helpful, immediate attention to questions and provides support whenever is needed.
