The view is superb and the host is the nicest lady you'll ever meet. Location is 20-30min drive to the Aosta/ Pila ski cable car, which suited well the scope of our visit. To drive up and the mountain to the cottage is a unique experience on its own. The house is warm, welcoming and full of nostalgic chalet style charm - to be enjoyed exactly as that. There's also a small restaurant / bar a few minutes walk from the cottage, which comes in handy. The kids loved it and we hope to visit again one day.

My visit was February 2025 (weather - light fresh snow, -6 to +7 degrees, sunny and overcast days). Joe was very organized and contacted me within a day of making the reservation. A day prior to coming, he confirmed details of arrival, how to get keys, provided the GPS location for my map and even some tips (for driving safety and weather). The room itself was amazing for me; I'm a smaller person and this little nook was very cozy with lovely decor. I had no issues with space (I wonder if it might be a challenge for particularly tall or bigger people). The room was well stocked with kitchen items. The location was also fantastic for me as I was attending a biathlon competition in Bionaz. I was able to walk to the event. The room was quiet - there were several dogs in the area that I could hear on my walk but once I was indoors I had to try to listen for them, as it wasn't obvious. Joe was very attentive to my messages and supportive to me having a welcome stay.

Perfect hotel to visit Aosta Valley. Placed in one slope, is very quiet so rest is so easy. The hotel is super clean and the staff is so nice. All of them are very friendly. Bed is very confortable. The restaurant offer high cuisine level, local and international recipies. The breakfast so complete. The family atmosphere helps to relax and enjoy Aosta Valley. Free parking.
