Very good breakfast. It starts at 7 am - really benefits the travelers who need an early start. Good location. Just follow the brick pathway in front of the Bahnhof. It's better than the route google shows you.

The Spitalerhof is located on the outskirts of Chiusa, 1640 feet from the Chiusa exit of the A22 Autostrada del Brennero motorway. It features a shared garden and a seasonal outdoor pool.

Easy to find (lit up at night) with ample parking (including EV charger, and hotel staff let me use the EV charger card). Clean facilities and very extensive breakfast that I enjoyed. Superb staff. I had a single room - not huge but very adequate for a solo traveler, with a nice shower and balcony. I made use of the sauna and spa at night, which was so nice after skiing. Would stay again!

    Chiusa is amazing.

    Chiusa is amazing. It simply has everything: good for sightseeing and slow walking through the city (it is very small, so you will see everything) or for cycling (2 destinations, quite a long way there, plan in advance), or for hiking (To Säben, ~30 min upstairs and according to my fitness tracker ~ 40 floors, don’t forget a comfortable shoes and water). It is very cozy and beautiful. It’s indeed one of the most beautiful little cities of Italy. I’ll consider other cities from the same list (I Borghi piu belli italiani). Good for 2 full days, or more if incl. cycling to both nearby cities.

    Booked an extra night straight from reception while booking showed the whole hotel is sold out. They had laundry services which were a life saver for a couple after a week and a half of traveling. Great attitude of the receptionist. The room is comfy. The Breakfast was rich and tasty.

    BREAKFAST IS AWESOME! Never had such a good breakfast in a hotel really. The location is great and you can park at 50 meters from the hotel in the open parking. From here you can go really fast to Santa Madalena and spot the sunrise or the sunset.

    Fantastic hotel.....sparkling clean. Definitely deserves to be a 4-star hotel. Perfectly located off the highway A22. Breakfast was decent but there was no variation for all 3 days that I stayed. Amount was ample but variation needed.
