The children loved the pool, the rooms were spotlessly clean, enjoyable breakfast.

We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay! The room was very big and comfortable for the family of 4 members. It was super clean and the cleaning was made every day. The food for lunch and dinner was variable and delicious! We could always find enough vegetables, meat and fish dishes, also seafood. The deserts were very tasty. Also there were many tasty typically Italian food - the big thanks for this! Maybe the breakfasts could be with more variety - everything was enough, but actually the same every day. but it was not a problem for us. We also liked the location and the big beach, where there were always free sunbeds. the sea was very clean, just during several days during our stay it was stormy. The animation and sport activities were just well organized. The personnel was supportive and friendly.

We went on vacation to the residence la Ciaccia with my husband and our 2 daughters 11 months and 3.5 years. Our first contact with Aima was great she listened to our needs and answered really helpfully and nicely to our demands. When we arrived at our apartment we had an awesome surprise. The apartment was really big with nice furniture and a lot of storage space. The place as spotless clean and during our stay we saw how the cleaning staff worked hard (even if our apartment dit not have cleaning service). The outside area is great with the pool, chairs and table in front of the apartment to eat outside. The place is calm and we met really nice people during our stay. The location is perfect with a supermarket just in front and a nice shop with local products run by a really nice lady. I can only thank all the staff for their hospitality and the kindness towards us and a special thanks to Aima for being so helpful with everything we needed. we felt like home and we can only recommend la Ciaccia in Sardinia.

Everything was so clean and the staff were very nice, both breakfast and dinner were very nice and the pool area overlooking the sea is beautiful. The private beach is also very nice with a bar to order drinks too!

This property is really special. Laura and Paola were beyond accommodating and made us feel so welcomed. I would recommend having a car to explore the area as there are tons of great restaurants and beaches within a short drive. We would 100% recommend as something different than a typical resort. We will def come back.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful views of the sea and the castel! Breakfast was good, the beach is right across the road and you can use the SPA (paid) and pool area (free) a few houses away. Restaurants are around the hotel and there is a minimarket next to the hotel. Definitely recommend this hotel!

A Perfect Stay Wrapped in Tradition and Genuine Hospitality Staying at Hotel Riviera during Holy Week was a blessing. The hotel itself is a gem – perfectly located, with rooms that offer incredible value and a breakfast that is simply flawless. But the soul of this place is its people; the staff's kindness and dedication to their guests are truly rare. The highlight of our trip was Monday, when we witnessed the Lunissanti procession. It is hard to put into words the emotion of that night. Seeing the deep-rooted devotion to tradition, the strength of family bonds, and the ancient culture of Castelsardo under the torchlight was a spiritual experience. It felt like the heart of the town was beating right in front of us. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Riviera for your hospitality and for making us feel like part of your world during such a sacred time. We are leaving with hearts full of gratitude and memories we will cherish forever. Highly recommended!
