Host Nicola was amazing and super helpful, in the house was all we could ever need, it was clean and so beautiful. So many pretty and unique details. The hot tub was amazing, and the heating stove inside with the real fire gave the place such a romantic atmosphere. There was a parking space for our car and the house is in a prefect distance from Florence and other sightseeing places. We stayed there for 3 nights and I was so sad that we had to leave afterwards. We will definitely come back someday! ❤️

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful with every question and request. The place itself was beautiful, the bed was super comfortable, and everything was very clean. The dinner was the best meal we had on our trip, and the breakfast was amazing as well. The attention to detail by staff, the warm welcome and small surprises along the way. Castelfalfi is beautifully decorated, very inviting, a feast for the eyes. Breakfast was fantastic, cocktails in the lounge before dinner were great. The singers in the lounge and dining area sang beautifully, authentic live entertainment. Dinner menu and food fabulous, the staff very attentive, always ensuring everything was perfect. The gardens superbly maintained, the views everywhere were magical. The pools looked very inviting, other guests taking advantage of the heated pool and views. We loved the little shops, lovely products. We're taking home some purchases to remind us of this memorable stay. Every moment at Castelfalfi was worth it.

Wow, what a find! Fantastic location in the middle of a medieval town, next to the church, on top of a hill. Great staff. The hotel is not new, but we actually liked it that way, added to the rustic charm. Even the sofa bed was very comfortable.

I walked in very tired from the Via Francigena and was greeted with warmth and compassion. The hostess offered me cold water and a soda and allowed me to recover before showing me to my room. This was a wonderful kindness! The bed was comfortable, and the room was pretty and very clean. The restaurant on property was full of local diners, a very good sign.
