Perfect location, clean and friendly staff

The hotel is cozy, clean and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a warm ski room and a nice spa section available with a sauna, steam bath and relaxing showers. Perfect after skiing all day! The food was good and the location was excellent between center town and the gondola (short walk to both). We were very happy with our choice. Some rooms are perhaps a bit more out of date (though very clean), but that’s just a part of the Alpine charm. There was lots of room for bags and big closets in our room, as well as a balcony overlooking the mountains. Amazing.

Very cozy hotel and absolutely friendly staff! Marvellous town and surrounding mointains. Definately exceded expectations.

the view is absolutely amazing, very comfortable and cosy place

Best location , beautiful view and balcony overlooking piazza

Great Location and amenities. Really helpful staff and really good breakfast!

Very happy with the hotel. Service minded staff, beautifully renovated rooms with focus on nice materials and sound isolation. Breakfast was good and even if the hotel was fully booked, everything felt relaxed and well functioning. Also appreciated free parking outside and relative close to city center (walking distance). Thanks!

Great location. Clean and cozy rooms. Good breakfast. Great staff. Free parking.

All was great. This is the best place in Cortina.

The check in staff at the reception was very helpful and the complimentary drink was superb!

A spacious room with plenty of storage space. A spacios bathroom with bath, shower and bidet. Fabulous view from the balcony. Buffet breakfast was excellent. A comfortable residents' lounge. We also used the sauna for a small extra charge. Friendly stall with whom we had interesting conversations. Excellent location: a short walk into the town, but also handy for buses and walks..

The property is very fresh and clean

food , room clean and service is great

The location is very good, just 5 mins from the city centre and close to the bus station and the funicular. All accessible by foot. The rooms have awesome view of the Dolomites. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Central location on pedestrianised street. Characterful traditional, luxurious. Staff very friendly.

Lokation, storage and friendly staff

This is the one of the top hotel we lived in so far! The hotel location is perfect, with everything new renovated. However, what I would like to speak out is the hotel service. It is the best we experienced so far. It's really impressive, every employees in the hotel are well trained and professional - warm, kind and taking care of your needs into details, it make you feel like home or even better. It's probably not fair to mention their names (Federico, Gennaro and etc), simply because i can't remember so many...but, really, everyone of them are so outstanding in services! A great experience. We will choose Ancora again for our next time.

High quality hotel with laid back atmosphere and excellent staff.

Our room is very spacious, including a balcony, clean and well equipped. Though most furniture are made of wood, they are incredibly well maintained and functioning, and even better than the ones in most modern hotels I have stayed in. The towels were thick and comfy. The restaurant connected with the hotel was awesome. We stayed there during low season and everywhere was tranquil.

Good location near the bus stop, helpful staff and really good breakfast!
