An exceptional hotel located just outside Cortina in the heart of the Dolomites. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The front desk is staffed 24/7, and complimentary valet parking—including overnight EV charging—was a thoughtful touch. Each morning, our car was promptly ready at the exact time requested, even before sunrise. The staff consistently went above and beyond, including preparing breakfast-to-go when we had early starts. The rooms were elegant, comfortable, and offered stunning views. And without question—the best Negroni in town, maybe even in 🇮🇹.

Everything was perfect. Very nice room, newly renovated and super clean. Everyone was so nice to us. For breakfast, there was very wide selection of everything. The parking is private and in front of the hotel. Big supermarket just a few minutes by walk. Highly recommend this place!

This family run hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff so attentive to all our needs. We needed an envelope to return key cards from a previous hotel and they provided it free of charge even though I offered to pay for it. They also gave us directions to the post office. The room, including bathroom, was a perfect size and was lovely with all wood cupboards and desk. The balcony gave us a view of the mountain. Our bed was large and comfortable. They did not have A/C but the cool mountain air kept the room at a perfect temperature for sleeping. The breakfast was varied and yummy. We couldn't eat the home made cake they delivered to our table so they gave us a takeaway box and we enjoyed it later in the day. Can't say enough about this wonderful hotel. Parking behind the hotel was safe and secure with a bonus view of the mountains. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. The main part of town is within walking distance and has many nice stores and restaurants.

Service! Everyone was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. I can't remember the young girl's name who works on weekend but she was exceptional. Breakfast was wonderful and the afternoon tea. The sauna was relaxing and the location to the ski park and bus stations were ideal.

Friendly staff , excellent location within walking distance to the pedestrian shopping and restaurant area , great breakfast , awesome facilities including lobby area , restaurant , sports/cigar bar , spa , and ski room which is very useful. Departure flight was early , hotel staff were very kind and prepared breakfast-to-go boxes. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.
