We had a lovely experience. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. The hotel is brand new and done to a great standard. It was our first time in Cortina and did not know what is where. The staff was so nice, they offered to drive us to show us where it is. The breakfast was always lovely and overall a great experience. I highly recommend.

An exceptional hotel located just outside Cortina in the heart of the Dolomites. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The front desk is staffed 24/7, and complimentary valet parking—including overnight EV charging—was a thoughtful touch. Each morning, our car was promptly ready at the exact time requested, even before sunrise. The staff consistently went above and beyond, including preparing breakfast-to-go when we had early starts. The rooms were elegant, comfortable, and offered stunning views. And without question—the best Negroni in town, maybe even in 🇮🇹.

We were very satisfied with our stay. Pleasant, comfortable and clean accommodation just 10 minutes from Cortina d'Ampezzo. However, parking around the hotel can be little difficult, especially when arriving at the hotel in the evening. However, we always managed to find a parking space. The breakfast was delicious and offered everything one needs. We will definitely come back.

This family run hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff so attentive to all our needs. We needed an envelope to return key cards from a previous hotel and they provided it free of charge even though I offered to pay for it. They also gave us directions to the post office. The room, including bathroom, was a perfect size and was lovely with all wood cupboards and desk. The balcony gave us a view of the mountain. Our bed was large and comfortable. They did not have A/C but the cool mountain air kept the room at a perfect temperature for sleeping. The breakfast was varied and yummy. We couldn't eat the home made cake they delivered to our table so they gave us a takeaway box and we enjoyed it later in the day. Can't say enough about this wonderful hotel. Parking behind the hotel was safe and secure with a bonus view of the mountains. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. The main part of town is within walking distance and has many nice stores and restaurants.

Me and my boyfriend had an excellent stay in this Hotel! The room was well decorated and spacious and the bathroom was very clean and organized as well. All of our requests were attended. The ambient of the Spa is soothing and relaxing. The staff is amazing! Specially Laura and Federica from the reception that were lovely and provided us with great information about what to do (even in the bad weather that we got) and Sig.re Nicola from the bar & restaurant who was very kind and sweet and provided us an excellent service during breakfast and dinner. Overall, great experience!

It was our second stay at Fiori and we liked it a lot again. Breakfast and cakes are really good. Ski room is very useful and conveniently located. Spa is nice also. Most of all, the team at Fiori is very friendly and helpful.
