A wonder property in a perfect location. The staff were super helpful and I would happily stay again.

Location is good, close to hospital, university and city center.

Clean environment, quiet environment, and supportive staff.

Very nice place and excellet staff and breakfast and super clean

Incredibly friendly staff really welcoming

Friendly staff , location , facilities

it is good place and not too far from City center.

The best location, in historical centre. Everything you need is around. Very nice and authentic hotel. Friendly staff.

Beds were comfortable and fridge and Teamaking nice Wifi good.

Breakfast was good, room was spotless, extremely comfortable.

A magnificent and historic hotel in the centre of a beautifully historic city. Dinner exceptional and a pleasure to sit in the tranquil gardens with a glass of wine.

The staff on the desk were extremely polite and helpful. Excellent service.

Rooms and the structure overall are pretty new. The room is modern and the shower very nice. Breakfast is a good value for money, nothing fantastic, but everything you need. Staff in the reception and in the breakfast were very helpful and polite (the Brazilian lady in the reception and the Moroccan lady in the breakfast were very attentive and friendly, really nice to meet them).

Very Friendly and helpful staff - thank you Estella Great SPA Wonderful experience

I am grateful and thankful to the kind staff who found my earphones that I had forgotten in the room and actively helped me get them back. Otherwise, the hotel is perfect for a transit traveler, there is free parking, the room is clean, the bed is very comfortable, and the shower is of adequate quality. And the kindness of the staff adds a lot to the pleasant feeling.

Super central location to see the city center

Very friendly and helpful staff. Valerio is an extraordinary individual who made sure we have the perfect stay.

What a gorgeous hotel! We loved everything about it. The grounds were beautiful, our room was large and very comfortable, with everything we needed. The air conditioning was especially appreciated! Breakfast was delicious, with so much to choose from. But the best thing was the kindness of the staff: we arrived just too late to use the pool (horrible traffic!) and the lady on reception granted us a late checkout so we could use it in the morning instead. Which we did, and it was such a lovely start to the day! Would 100% recommend this hotel. Will love to come back one day.

Everything was perfect, location, breakfast, staff, very clean 👍🏽 Will recommend everyone and will come back again, thank you Andrea for your all assistance

I was supposed to check out by 10am due to my schedule they gave me the courtesy of staying tii 12pm without extra charges

I like everything about the hotel. Location is perfect just 200 meter from Brescia train station. Staff and owner were fabulous. They also have their own restaurant just down of hotel and room was super clean as I expected so I would say overall best hotel in the Brescia
