Pio is an amazing host, he welcomed us with a delicious home cooked dinner and we immediately felt at home. He also gave us plenty of recommendations of what to see and do and eat in the area and even arranged for a friend to show us the nearby town. The place is beautifully located among the vineyards and olive grove and it's very quiet. A lovely place to relax.

Very nice house in a great location. The room was very clean. The house owner doesn't speak English, but that wasn't a problem for us. There is a person who speaks English and you can contact with her any questions you may have. The owner of the house serves an excellent breakfast every morning on the terrace with a very nice view. The house is in a very good location to visit the most beautiful places in the Marche region. We highly recommend visiting Offida, Ripatransone, Petritoli, Grottammare Alta, Torre di Palme, Ascoli Piceno.

The location is about 15 minutes off the main motorway to Bologna up in the hills with lovely views to all sides and located in the middle of vineyards. It is fairly new and the accommodation and facilities are of a very high standard. The beds and rooms are very large and the menu was extensive with an ample selection of local food and wines. The breakfast was a buffet and the staff really could not do enough for us. A great location to go exploring the hill villages and then come back to the peace and quiet of the resort.
