Very friendly host, easy way to get keys. Newly renovated apartments, apartments with comfortable beds, big bathroom with shower gel and shampoo. Huge towels. Tea and coffee assortment available. We had a wonderful stay at this property. The host was exceptionally welcoming and kind. Upon our departure, I accidentally left my charger behind, which the host promptly notified us about, allowing me to retrieve it later. The location is perfect for anyone in transit between Italy and Switzerland. Highly recommend for its convenience and the hospitality provided.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at Villagio dei Crodini.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at Villagio dei Crodini. The fact that up to 6 people can stay at the accommodation suited as very well as it allowed us to reunite with friends and family from Italy. Marco and his team (Rosy, Paolo) went out of their way to accommodate us on our late evening arrival on Christmas Eve no less in split groups - even driving part of our group to the accommodation (you will need a car to get there, in winter with snow & ice 4x4 is recommended) and Marco driving 2 hours from Milan on Christmas day to help us with the Pellet Heater. The house is only of the highest quality - beds were very comfortable, every amenity already thought of and included. The place is located approx 1000M above sea level, so therefore gets 3-4 degrees colder in winter than the city of Crodo down below, the view from the Villagio is marvelous and outside seating in the sun allowed us to relax fully. I imagine coming in summer would be just as nice, there is also a BBQ. Marco & Rosy remained 'on-call' for any issues we had and even a mishap that happened on our end was dealt with easily and without drama. San Domenico is close by if you wish to ski (at reasonable prices compared to Switzerland). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the nature, the people everything was just delightful. In winter: Take Snow Chains with you!

I very much liked the location as it had hiking paths just around the corner. I laso really liked our host who had a wonderful restaurant with great meals and breakfast. They were very friendly and helpful. The location was high up on a mountain with a great view on the valley of Crodo.

Large and confortable bed, boiler and tea available. Large room, nice location in a cosy little fraction of Crodo, full of fountains, easy parking. Dinner at at the associated restaurant highly recommended.
