The hotel was incredible. The front desk staff were extremely wonderful and so helpful. The breakfast buffet was the best I have ever seen - you will want for nothing! The room was clean and well designed to maximize the space with lots of amenities. The location is also excellent for biking, the beach, shopping, restaurants, and anything else you might like to visit in the area. The views surrounding the hotel are breathtaking as well.

The room was confortable and clean and the landlords were super nice giving us great tips to explore the place! It had a nice playground for the kids and a good size pool. The lift was a “plus” (so good not carrying baggage on the stairs!). It was an easy walk to restaurants, bars, supermarket, bike rentals… very convenient location! The breakfast was great: eggs and delicious prosciutto, nice variety of fruits, nut, yogurts (even dairy free!), breads and cakes! My son was giving us a hard time during breakfast and the owner was very nice giving him a toy (gentilissima!) What to do: We rented bike to explore the surroundings and it was very nice: Ponale alto Belvedere (great views and nice cafe of top) and on the way back we stopped on Bike farm for lunch (where our son could play, see some animals and take a nap). By car we visited Limone and Arco Castle (also possible by bike). During a raining day we tried to go to a pool/sauna, but it was closed that day (check before you go, but looked very nice). There was more to do but we didn’t have the time. We will definitely come back!!

The hotel exceeded expectations. The staff was informative and friendly, I especially liked the newsletter each morning with events, excusions and hikes nearby. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection, both savory and sweet, a honey comb and over 15 seeds, fruits, yogurt/cereal toppings. The family and adult spa were never crowded and well-maintained. Great hotel bar, wonderful ambiance, and piano bar 6 nights a week in February2024.
