Clean and service of receptionist

I had ahead the last minute booking and stuff. Welcomed me warmly and very friendly. Staff was also responsive online. Communication in English was not a problem. Check-in and check-out processes were easy. Check-in after midnight possible by request and fee. The room was clean and a good size for one night. I appreciated the second pillow stored in the closet. There was a little fridge and the water boiler in the room. Furniture in a good condition, bed comfortable. Also, there is an a/c in the room, so you can regulate the temperature for both cooling and heating. There was a coffee machine downstairs in the lobby, where tea and coffee were available 24/7. I didn't try breakfast or pool, so can't comment on that.

The staff, including the owners who worked alongside the employees, were exceptionally courteous and friendly. Their dedication created a warm, family-like atmosphere that greatly enhanced our experience.

Not a bad hotel, well worthy of its three stars. It is close to the sea and offers a paid beach, but there is also a free beach nearby. The choice of dishes for breakfast is not very wide and varied, but sufficient. What we really liked was that the room was cleaned every day and the linen changed twice a week. I have never seen that before! Really cool! Parking in the hotel is available, the only thing that strained, is that you have to contact the receptionist every time and look for a place, because the cars are parked both on the street and in the underground garage. The administrators are friendly enough, ready to help and speak English. There are stores and cafes within walking distance.

Everything was excellent Shopping, restaurants and the beach were all within walking distance The fri t desk staff was very polite and helpful The breakfast is amazing and the breakfast staff is very friendly and helpful Will stay there again

It was in the short time, but we did really enjoy everything. Thank you very much.

The staff is the real in of the the place. Extremely friendly and professional.

Exceptional lovely. Incredibly kind service. Best dinner meal on our trip so far!

Location with sea view balcony Pool accessible for somewhat disabled older folks Restaurant on outdoor veranda overlooking sea: Dinner with changing daily menus with local Ligurian specialties and fixed menu; breafast at same location; excellent food Near to scenic walking/biking trail transformed from old railroad through the various towns Low key ambiance--perfect for families and people of all ages

The location, the atmosphere, the friendly and positive attitude among the staff members. We were always met by a smile and helpfulness.

Everything was just great. Reservation for our car without fee in a secure parking lot just in front of the hotel was great. The hotel also reserves sun beds and umbrella for you during your stay so you don’t have to search for it each day. The breakfast was also pleasant with everything you needed. The fresh cakes and bakery were very appetizing. Room was ok. We stayed in a room for 3 and it was big enough for all of us. Especially the corner room had a balcony that rolls towards the back side of the hotel, which gives you privacy and a lot of extra space. They provided towels for the beach. Although the hotel is 3 stars, it felt like 4 star hotel. The staff were all so friendly and the hospitality was just great. Sea and beach was also clean. I definitely plan to visit again.

The hotel is clean and the room is comfortable and quite big, we were only there for one night so it was pretty good.
