wonderful hotel in a beautiful location! the restaurant at the hotel is an incredible pleasure every morning and every evening! the staff at the reception, the cleaners, and everyone we met at the hotel are very pleasant and polite. and the restaurant staff won our hearts with their sophistication and delicious dishes. greetings from two girls who are always late everywhere!;)) thank you for your hospitality and care! highly recommend!

We were visiting for Olympic events. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, good selection of food and eggs cooked to order. Room was a good size and nice spacious bathroom. Small bar area downstairs and you could purchase drinks there. Bus into town just a little walk from hotel and we had a visitor pass given to us by hotel that allowed free travel. Route up into the mountains for walking, would really like to visit again and explore the area further. Could walk into town if needed where there were lot's of shops and restaurants.

The place is really nice and it's conveniently located less than 5 minutes walk from the town center. It has an amazing view! Breakfast was wonderful. Very confortable bed. Beautiful appartment. But the best thing about it were the hosts, Ciro and Ingrid, who went out of their way to make me feel at home. Their hospitality was truly exceptional and made my trip even more enjoyable.

Very comfortable, attention payed to details. The food is really exceptional, quality food for breakfast and dinner a real culinary experience. Best choice if you are hiking in the area. Very friendly host. Definitely we will return!

Wonderful hospitality! Staff were very friendly! We truly enjoyed our stay from start to finish. The breakfast and dinner were always a highlight, and we looked forward to them every day. We also had the chance to enjoy the relaxing sauna and jacuzzi, which made the experience even more memorable.

Excellent location just 4 minutes walk from the train station. Staff very helpful. Clean. We booked half board, very good breakfast with good variety and a good three course meal for dinner.

The wellness spa is remarkable, beautiful design with wonderful areas to enjoy sauna, pool and quiet areas. Not to be missed. The breakfast was excellent offering beautiful breads, pastries, meats, cheeses, jams, honey, yogurt with toppings, Prosecco and fresh juices. You can order eggs however you prefer in addition (or pancakes). All services are top notch.

Nothing to say - amazing restaurant, spa and service

The lady who owns the place really went above and beyond for us. The breakfast was amazing, the view from our room was beautiful and it was such a comfortable and cosy place to stay.

Perfect location, big room and super clean. Decent cold breakfast and ebike charging possible in a secure room; easy parking too. Best of all, staff were so incredibly nice, friendly and helpful. Thank you Urthaler Hotel to make our MTB holiday in the fantastic Dolomiten so wonderful and memorable.

Location , room has a balcony. Staff are helpful and nice. Rocio also known as Rosi help me pack a takeaway lunch on my last day as i could not make it for breakfast. She offers this when no one else did. Coz i start all my activities around 7am. She packs super nice big lunch , even chilled my food ( bottled water, apple sandwich) before passing to me . She is fantastic!

Extremelly kind and welcoming staff. Nice and cosy room, good breakfast. A good location (about 15min to 3zinnen and 40min to Cortina).

Well - this is a family property and in all my stay I always received a big smile from each one of them - never been to a place like that - they answer all your questions, the room was way bigger than I could expect, very clean and with a balcony where I could see the mountains - my grade for this hotel could not be less than 10+

The hotel was much better than I was expecting. It was even bigger, than looked on a picture. When we came, we didn't realize it at the first sight. The woman at reception was very friendly and she even gave us free bus ticket for 7 days. The dinner was just great including few different plates. The hotel is lovely decorated with old furniture and wooden tools. And there is a very nice wellness center in the hotel. So, it was a pleasure to stay here before our 11 days hike in Dolomite mountains.

Fabulous hotel that reminded me of the movie Chitty Chitty Bang bang. Very clean. With everything I could possibly wish for. The hotel Staff were wonderful and Very helpful.
