A blooming and herbal paradise garden. A wonderful terrace, or rather, climbing garden terraces where you can eat breakfast, read a book, watch butterflies or pet a cat. Beautiful views from the top of the green fields and hills of Umbria and the distant mountains. The house is integrated into the historic city walls stretching around the hill. In the morning you can hear the rooster crowing and on Sunday the distant ringing of bells. Beautiful spacious rooms and an internal patio where you can take shelter on windy or rainy days. Easily accessible and convenient gravel parking area downstairs in the garden. Proximity to cafes and good restaurants. AND MOST IMPORTANT: wonderful, warm and very nice crew. We felt very well taken care of.

Offering a garden and inner courtyard view, Agriturismo Fattoria di Monticello is situated in San Venanzo, 34 km from Duomo Orvieto and 33 km from Torre del Moro.

We enjoyed our time at "Casa Erica". The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. What makes this place special is the family who manages it. They are very kind, honest, hospitable, and were easy to contact. I would stay here again.
