I have loved staying here at Mari’s apartment . It is quite and well furnished. Everything is as in pictures. There is everything needed. Really there can't be a better place if you need an escape from the crowded and noisy cities. It is right 30 metres from the sea and there is either a free huge beach or a LIDO to get umbrella or chairs . It is located 50 metres from the village centre. Here you find supermarket, tobacconist, bars , pizzeria , restaurants to taste local cuisine ( arancini and granita ice creams are the best. are already a few minutes away from Milazzo Port to get ferries to aeolian Islands .
I highly recommend it . It was a great stay! Thanks Mari

The Sardinian capital, Cagliari has a historic old town, busy port and one of the island’s best beaches. The sweeping stretch of sand at Poetto offers great summer nightlife, and just inland is Molentargius lagoon, where flamingos nest against the backdrop of the city.
Cagliari is spread over a small hill and the oldest part – Quartiere Castello – lies at the top. There are far-reaching views from Bastion San Remy, its main entrance point. Medieval city walls lead from here to the simple cathedral, and nearby is the 18th-century Palazzo Regio.
By one of the original city gates is the National Archaeological Museum, housing a collection of Phoenician and Roman artefacts from the city’s Tuvixeddu Necropolis. There are also displays of the nuraghic civilisation whose former dwellings pepper Sardinia. The most impressive is Su Nuraxi north of Cagliari.
Just outside the walls are remains of a Roman amphitheatre, next to the university botanical gardens. Orange tree-lined streets descend the hill towards the seafront where restaurants and bars can be found. Cagliari FC play at Sant’Elia Stadium along the coast and opposite is the Sardinia International Fair, an important conference venue.
Booking.com’s Cagliari accommodation includes luxury hotels with pools, B&Bs by the train station and cheap guest houses near Elmas Airport.
Cagliari is a dream city just like whole Sardegna.
Cagliari is a dream city just like whole Sardegna. People are always smiling and super nice! Weather is great, by the day its hot like it should be but at night temperature drops of and u can sleep even without AC. Town buildings and streets are amazing and easy to navigate thru. Every street have smth different to say. City traffic is great also - few minutes and u are on the beach.
To sum it - paradise.

Everything was top notch, I would not say a lot about the great and extremely tasty food, fantastic coffee everywhere you go, fresh seacity air and unbeliveably, breathtaking views mixed with the local atmosphere - It was a great time in Cagliari. We travelled the island during the trip and found this city having the best food up there. But.
But, pay attention the locals are trying to throw you on money, especially taxi drivers and relaxation areas workers ( like spa ). Taxi is a mess in Cagliari, I would suggest renting a car or using public transport. Calling a cab is a huge issue since just a little talk barely English and you will be charged for the car delivery as well. It's always coming from a mid of the city, if you travel within the city - the charge isn't that much, but if you are somewhere around Cagliari, expect the price to be overhigh because of the delivery time and distance calculated to your final bill. Also, there were times where we went home on foot calling a taxi while IN the city because the waiting time would be 40-50 minutes, all that while experiencing rude and unbehaviour speeches of the taxi operators explaining that to us. Some of them would just hang up the phone on you. The other guy, also taxi operator, screamed at me because I asked him to repeat once again, since I didn't get what he said due to bad connection.
Sum up, taxi is a mess - if you can, avoid it. Be careful with your money, there are many people up there trying to get another penny out of you wallet.

Rather disappointed, the city and buildings are relatively poorly maintained and there was little to see that was exciting. The city has a long history, but it is lacking an appropriate adaptation to today's world. A short afternoon guided bus tour gave me a good indication of the key sights and what the city is all about.

We arrived late @Suite Cagliari after a long day of travel - and what a delight it was to walk into the apartment! Every nuance had been attended to - from the generous feast in the fridge (cold cuts, cheeses, eggs, yoghurt, soft drinks - too much to mention) to biscuits, crackers, a fresh tart, pretty, eco-friendly soaps and shampoo, a wonderful Nespresso machine (and milk frother!), and individually bagged towels. Giula was in touch prior to our arrival, during and after our stay, making it all so easy. And really special was a wonderful surprise delivery by Giula of delicious croissants and a bottle of wine on our second last day. Suite Cagliari has earned 10/10 on every level for our 5 night stay. Giula has set the bench mark very high… It will be hard to beat as we continue our travels through Italy. 🇮🇹 Grazie ♥️

Close to the centre of Cagliari- 20 minute walk or you could catch the bus
Check in was very simple- all instructions were sent prior to check in, even with videos of how to access the apartment.
The property was very clean and the room was a very good size with a lovely en-suite
The breakfast was just a short walk away from the hotel where an Italian style breakfast was served e.g coffee and croissant (which was amazing!)
Would highly recommend this B&B
The room was beautiful, clean , lovely designed ,lovely en-suite bathroom ,I must add the bed was the so comfortable ,it had everything you needed in the room it was like a hotel room .The location is great it’s right in the heart of Cagliari near restaurants, bars and the marina and it’s only few minutes walk from train station that brings you right to Cagliari airport .
The hotel is right in the historical center of Cagliari, easy to reach from the airport by train. Lots of restaurants and cafes serving late breakfast. The room itself was beyond our expectations, really nice and clear, with two balconies and a small fridge. Carla and Martina were super helpful and always ready to provide us with all the info needed.
In my opinion, the hotel is suitable for those who want to stay close to the airport for 1-2 nights. 24-hour reception, no surcharges for late check-in. Nice breakfast, apart from typical Italian sweet snacks, yoghurts and jams, cheese and cold cuts were available. The price is adequate to the quality. Possibility to add a crib.
The stay at Old Town B&B was more than what we asked for! Stefano always looked after guests needs and provided insider info on what to do in Cagliari and Sardinia. Breakfast is made to your liking, AC and wifi included, and location is perfect for a base to travel around Sardinia!
