The staff could not have been more helpful. We wanted to see the flamingoes - staff presented us with the details and time. We preferred a room on the ground floor - staff immediately changed bed to twin so that we didn’t have to carry our bags upstairs, again. The room was lovely complete with a small courtyard in the garden. Parking too.

A quiet, family and couple orientated town. Small but traditional and with a very good range of restaurants and bars. Nearest beach is lovely with good facilities and just 2 kilometre easy walk from town centre.

This hotel, set in some of the prettiest and best maintained...

This hotel, set in some of the prettiest and best maintained gardens, is a 1.5km stroll (or investigate a rental ‘Fast’ scooter) from Pula village which offers a range of shops, cafes/restaurants. Food is plentiful and well presented with an extensive choice of hot/cold breakfast, lunch from the bar menu and a flexible 3/2 course half board booking arrangement (it’s cheaper to agree the latter at the beginning of your stay/on booking). Their menu is well balanced 4/5 courses, that changes daily. The wine list is extensive, with many regional Sardinian offerings in full and half-bottles. The hotel has large swimming pool, with integral jacuzzi, deeper ‘lane’ pool, underwater bike and swim-up bar. the covered bar/lunch area has a stage for a variety of evening musical entertainment, behind which are two artificial lawn bowls courts and a covered pingpong table. For young children there is a climbing frame and slude. The latter was not manned during our midSeptember stay. The private beach with umbrellas and chairs (sunbeds extra), but we recommend you take a wander left along the beach for 10 minutes to a bar hidden up to the left! Car hire and boat trips can be arranged via reception and we thoroughly recommend a day on the San Crocce II! - snorkelling and swimming, with boat transfer if you don’t want to get wet!

Nice little village with lots of restaurants and cafes. Parking outside the pedestrian zone can be a bit tricky at first. Be aware of no-driving zones. Cameras may capture you. Everything is within walking distance. Shops are closed 1-5 pm for siesta time.

We loved the lively village of Pula, beautifully decorated, with plenty of restaurants, including one specializing in suckling pig. If you like homemade ice cream, you'll be spoiled for choice; it's excellent and very reasonably priced.

Pula's city center is very lively with entertainment, numerous bars, and restaurants. Undoubtedly, Pula's main attraction is its proximity to the archaeological site of Nora and the beaches adjacent to Nora. These sandy beaches slope gently into the sea, making them ideal for children.

Our hosts provided over-phone guidance as we were looking for their small country road half-way between Pula and the sea-shore before making us feel at home from the very start. Their amazing kindness is matched only by the beauty of the flowery terrasse that hosts the dining table (our host's mother is a superb cook, which was also one of the many pleasant surprises). Magnificent view of the sea about 1km away and easy access to the Norra Phoenician and roman archeological center and the region's best beaches.

Pula is a lovely little town and great base to explore the wonderful beaches. The apartment is newly refurbished, clean and comfortable. Good parking on the street and easy walk to the supermarket or town for a coffee or drink. We appreciated the cold bottle of water and wine in the fridge & plenty of coffee capsules for our stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade for our honeymoon, which made our trip even more special. The room was beautiful and spotless, the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was outstanding - friendly, attentive, and professional. Truly a perfect experience, highly recommended!
