We loved our stay. The room was facing to the street but there was no street noise in the room. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel. The food was good and service very kind.

Location was great as it was not too far from the train station - just a mere 5 minutes walk. As we only stayed there for less than 20 hours, I can't comment only anything more other than it was sufficient to get a good night rest and freshen up the morning. Nothing fancy.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel minutes from the station and the lakefront. I booked a basic single and was upgraded to a lovely double. The room was big, warm and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

The staff at Hotel Spagna are so welcoming it was hard to say goodbye. The owner Stephan, Elizabeth, Maria, and Christina - were all so lovely I extended my stay in Arona. Then after checking out I left my bags at the hotel while collecting a hire car. I was back hours later than I’d advised and had no way to communicate. I realised after collecting my things and driving away that Stephan had kindly waited around hours for me to return instead of going home so he could let me back in - but he didn’t even say a word was just friendly and gracious. Thank you so much Stephan - I’m writing this from a tent in the Alps which I couldn’t be doing otherwise. I’m so glad I chose little Arona to stay in and this hotel. It has been my favourite in over a month of travelling from Australia across Europe. Thanks for showing the cheeky Italian spirit; and also letting me have breakfast at 1pm after long sleep ins! Spacious room, very large and comfortable bed, gigantic mirror opposite the bed. Lots of storage space. Good water pressure in the shower. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Car parking right next to the room door. The breakfast was more than satisfactory. Friendly staff.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff made our stay very enjoyable. They even organised a couple of bikes for us, so we could get to a local business meeting easily. The boutique hotel has a nice traditional Italian feel and great food. The hotel is placed nicely beside the river and not far from the train station.

Very clean, nicely organized, with super convenient parking just next to the room and friendly stuff (well, okay, for Italian standards at least).

Breakfast is great, staff is nice, hotel is fabulous!

The service! We were on honeymoon and they gave us a upgrade. Besides this, the staff was extremely helpful and the room was beautiful and big. Also with breakfast there was the possibility to order fresh juices and the roomservice was also very good!

If you can have the view it is a pretty good sight... Hotel does seems much from outside but the room we had was stunning and modern with a great bathroom.

Friendly personal. Tasty breakfast. For vegans there is an option of cappuccino with soya milk. Also it was a pleasure to talk to Russian speaking girl - she is a waitress at the buffet. We have found a beautiful restaurant in 5 min from hotel. It called Del Torchio Al Tavolo. It’s a family restaurant. I don’t remember the name of the owner, but he was such a nice to us. Tasty food. Inspired stories and vibes. Generally - all is good. Italians are extremely kind people with open souls 🙏. We would love to come back again and again in this beautiful country.

Clean, cozy hotel. Did not hear any noise from other rooms, staff was very friendly. Had in issue with mini-bar that was resolved quickly and professionally.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, and even invited us for a breakfast. The location was good for our needs, and the room completely met our expectations. Considering the price i think it is a bargain.
