Everything was absolutely fine. We stayed one night but can imagine staying for more days. Even though the hotel's equipment is visibly older, it has everything you need and what you expect. Very nice staff and their cat assistant 😻. The view from the balcony through the valley (facing the road) is exceptional!!! The breakfast is also very good, hope to come back one day!

Budget accommodation, great price and it was unusually hot but not somewhere I would go with family, although the pool is nice and everything was spotless. The few staff I met were friendly and helpful, room was cleaned perfectly every day. .

Hotel just in right place to walk into centre and grounds were lovely as all the staff

Excellent location for exploring Garda north area. Paulo, the best ever attendant made the difference giving all needed assistance on his own lovely way of treating guests. Congratulations, from our 21 days traveling around Europe, 16 hotels, Paulo was the best attendant !

Great location for me as a business traveller, right in the historic center close to restaurants including the property one which I would recommend. Internet speed outstanding compared to Italian standards accommodations. As the location is right in the downtown parking facility are 5 minutes walking away but they organize online ticket for your car so you don’t have to organize anything and you can also park everywhere you see blue lines in Arco.

The hotel located at the awesome spot. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. A choice of food for breakfast was great.

Clean, cosy and comfortable. Excellent location in the old centre. Barbara is a wonderful host. A family run hotel for almost 100 years. Loaned me a bicycle which was great. Highly recommend staying here. 5 stars….

Was good, but more variety is recomended

The spa and wellness centre were simply divine and very high standard.

We loved the pool and the playground for the kids. Very kids friendly hotel, and the staff is super nice also. Good breakfast, with variety, and very close to the city center. Would definitely recommend.

We had such a lovely welcome on our arrival. All staff were so friendly and helpful and very pleasant. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in and the food was amazing.

One of the best views from the retauarant I have ever experienced. Fantastic hotel, great food, drink and friendly staff.

This hotel deserves more stars and better points. Especially for the stuff serving the guests.

My stay was truly wonderful. This hotel is a real hidden gem, located in an idyllic and peaceful setting where you can fully enjoy nature and relax. The hotel itself is beautiful, calming, and very well maintained. On top of that, the food was absolutely delicious. I would happily come back!

Good breakfast, very good location, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff.

Great service! Staff is very attentive and welcoming. Clean and comfortable place to stay very well located in Arco town

Everything was perfect ! Staff at reception and restaurant is soo friendly and cooperative. Staff , pool , restaurant , access to all points is soo easy ! highly recommended for families

Everything. The staff were phenomenal, breakfast was sensational, pool was great, parking was secure, bedroom immaculate and a great size. Can’t say enough how excellent this was. Would love to return.
