Elegant and cozy . The room.

The owners, managers and staff are rightly proud of this masterpiece. Hotel Palazzo Novello is a a charming and luxurious residence that makes you feel like you are being entertained by royalty. Our room was designed and furnished to perfection, and it was impeccably clean and comfortable. All the staff are courteous, proud and friendly. We were especially impressed by the 24-hour coffee making facilities. My wife and I were sad that we could not stay longer. A wonderful experience in every way.

Everything was great: the room, the location, the setting, the staff were polite, cheerful, friendly, always available to help and ensure we had a pleasant stay. It is a peaceful and very relaxing place, which allowed me to rest and recharge my batteries. The hotel is in front of the Lake with an amaizing view from the room. You just at 3min to walk from the lake. Thank's to the whole team!

Clean, luxurious, beautiful and spacious

Nice view from the rooftop terrace, whirlpool and good sunbed. Few steps to the train station, but silent during whole day. Comfort beds and pillows, with balcony sitting. Breakfast was good, typical italian variants, but really few vegetables. Perfect cleaning service, day make your room everyday. We feel satisfied.

Seeing the variety of reviews, we decided to give this place a chance and it hit all of our expectations(clean, nice staff, shower had good water pressure, quiet nights sleep) All but the basics are done right, not the fanciest but exceptional value for money. 24 hour reception is great for those arriving and departing late.

Everything was perfect. Room was spacious, clean, renovated and well equipped. Tasty breakfast - eggs, bacon, croissants and much more. You can definitely find something for you. Great pool with a peaceful garden right next to it. 5 mins to the train station, 5-7 mins to the lake.

Very great staff, so smiling and always ready to help. Thank you. Special mention to Simona, a real passionate person for hospitality. Room was confortable, services like swimming pool very well maintained. Location is okay. I advise, if you don’t have any car I recommend to rent a bike. But anyway you’re not too far from the city center. Thank you for this amazing experience.

This was a very nice hotel with extremely nice hosts. I had a very pleasant stay! And was able to do some beautiful cycling in this beautiful region of Italy.

Excellent property, beautifully renovated, very stylish, private, spotlessly clean, excellent drench shower. The breakfast was good, very good choice and lovely lady who served us. Excellent parking on site, very pretty garden.
