Very good value for money, fresh and tasty food, very very good Aperol spritz. Great castles nearby

Second time in this place. Highly recommended.

The personnel was very kind and helpful

Best option, value for money, and above all friendliness and hospitality like no place else. Thank you so much for everything ♥️

We had a truly wonderful stay at JHD Dunant Hotel, and we’d gladly give it 5 stars! Our experience began on a very positive note, thanks to Pamela at the reception. She welcomed us warmly, explained everything in fluent English, and made sure we felt well-informed and comfortable from the moment we arrived. What really stood out was her kind gesture of switching to our native language after learning we were visiting from India. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch that made us feel genuinely cared for. Pamela went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed — from local tips to discovering hidden gems — and her professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and warmth made a lasting impression. She is truly an asset to the hotel! The rest of the staff were equally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. We also really enjoyed the breakfast — fresh, varied, and well-served in a lovely setting. All in all, we had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Very lovely hotel in city center, nice room, very friendly personnel and delicious breakfast with the best coffee ever. Has its own restaurant and parking is 1min away on foot.

The location is perfect ,plenty place to park the car, really good restaurant and service

We had a wonderful vacation! The hotel staff was incredibly dedicated, kind, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Sylvia, who went above and beyond to assist us with every request – her kindness and professionalism truly made a difference. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was perfect, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We felt very well taken care of and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

The room was small but comfy, great for couples or one person. The breakfast had a lot of variety, and was good. I liked the location, since I like to walk, and it is in a quiet place, close to several landmarks. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful.

The spa was very nice and the room was big, good bathroom

I’ve been coming back for years and it never disappoints. The staff is always helpful, everything is spotlessly clean, and the place has a warm, family-like atmosphere. There’s convenient parking in the courtyard and an excellent breakfast. Highly recommended!

The service was excellent Very good breakfast. Very clean

Great breakfast and very accommodating, welcoming staff!

Very nice rooms, so beautiful palace and amazing breakfast !!

A beautiful hotel, nice staff, delicious breakfast, parking. We really enjoy our stay.

It was not expensive, three times less than other places. Very friendly staff, Antonio gave me tips where to eat tasty and cheap and recommened the best beach. Air condition was working, it was clean, all necessary things are available. Very close to train station, you can visit Venezia and Verona by train. Desenzano is a very nice city, very beautiful. They upgraded my room for room with balcony for free.

The hotel looks great, is just 10 min walk distance from the city centre and 2 min from the railway station. Every day the room was cleaned and refreshed (is the only hotel where I have stay and they perfumed the room which I found it great as the smell is so nice.). They have a nice pool and offer free towels but we couldn't enjoy it because weather was not propoer for swimming outside. The staff is so lovely and every time willing to help. The breakfast was good but I would recommend adding some fresh vegetables and to vary a bit from a day to another because if you stay longer you get bored with the same dishes.

Wonderful breakfast. Excellent location. Helpful staff

Facilities, staff and breakfast all fantastic. Highly recommend 👌
